5 Confessions of Faith for Receiving YOUR Healing Real Help Article

Do you want the faith of God working in your body? Do you want the Word of God working in your body? Then use the following 5 Confessions of Faith for Receiving YOUR Healing to release your faith and get God’s Word working in you. As Proverbs 4:22 tells us, “For they [God’s Words] are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh” (NKJV).

1. I Am The Healed

“Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.” (Isaiah 53:4-5, AMPC).

At 86 years old, Brother Copeland still confesses this scripture first thing every morning. Using  the King James Version, he declares by faith, “He has born our sicknesses and carried our pains. We did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. And the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed.”

2. The Spirit of Life Lives in Me

“And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you” (Romans 8:10-11, NKJV).

Personalize this scripture as your confession: “Christ lives in me. The Spirit of Life lives in me. And because the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in me, He gives life to my body. He raises me up. I can stand, walk, run, leap and give God glory with my body. In Jesus’ Name.”

3. Jesus Heals All My Diseases

“Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s” (Psalm 103:1-5, NKJV).

Based on this verse, declare by faith: “Bless the Lord, Oh my soul! Everything within me blesses His holy Name. I forget none of His benefits: He forgives all my iniquities; He heals all my disease; He redeems my life from destruction: And He crowns my life with lovingkindness and tender mercies. He satisfies my mouth with good things, so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s. In Jesus’ Name.”

4. I Will Live and Not Die

“I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the LORD” (Psalm 118:17, NKJV).

Boldly speak this confession of life: “I will not die, but I shall live and declare the works of the Lord. I am the healed, from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. My body and all its parts line up with the Word of God. My body comes into alignment with God and His Word, and I live strong, fit, healthy and full of vitality. In Jesus’ Name.”

5. God Will Satisfy Me With Long Life

“With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation” (Psalm 91:16, NKJV).
“Hear, my son, and receive my sayings, And the years of your life will be many” (Proverbs 4:10, NKJV).

Build your faith as you say: “Because I am obedient to God and His Word, I stand on His promises that He will satisfy me with long life. I believe I receive that the years of my life will be many. In Jesus’ Name.”

When Brother Copeland was still a student at Oral Roberts University, the Spirit of God spoke to Gloria Copeland saying, In consistency lies the power. What this meant was—what you say all the time; what you think all the time; what you do all the time—that’s where the power lies. Because of that, keep speaking these confessions and don’t stop. Declare them morning, noon and night. Put them where you can see them and say them continually, because in consistency lies the power!
