KCM Benefits
At KCM, we focus on providing a work environment that develops our team members as believers, employees and individuals. Each department starts their morning in group prayer and our staff comes together to worship God in staff chapel regularly.

Health
We provide multiple medical benefit options. Full-time employees can choose from HSA or PPO health insurance plans administered by United Healthcare, three dental plans and an EyeMed vision plan.
We also have an on-site medical clinic, a well-equipped fitness facility and more.
Holidays and Paid Vacation
We provide eight paid holidays a year plus 10 paid days of vacation upon six months of full-time employment at KCM.
Also, full-time employees enjoy six paid personal days a year to relax, refresh and rest.
Retirement
We understand the importance of planning for the future, which is why we offer a 403(b) retirement plan administered by Bank of Texas.
Child Care
Our on-site Child Learning Center provides you with convenient, quality child care that is filled with fun, love, academic excellence and godly character—all at competitive rates.
