How To Have Mountain-Moving Faith

What mountains are you facing in life? Are you struggling in a particular relationship? Are you experiencing symptoms in your body? Are you having difficulty paying your bills? Do you lack the mountain-moving faith to get that mountain out of your way?

Whatever mountain you face that may look daunting and insurmountable, you may feel discouraged. That’s normal, but it's vital that you know it's also not what Jesus has planned for you. Walking in faith takes work. 

Jesus wants you to move mountains. He said, “I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart” (Mark 11:23). You can speak to your mountain!

He went on to say, “I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy…, Nothing will injure you” (Luke 10:19). You can use your authority to speak to your mountain.

Speak to the Mountain In Your Relationships

Facing difficulties in relationships can cause anxiety and confusion. Often in relationships, misunderstandings and communication problems can arise. 

There are always better ways to walk in love with others, such as being patient and kind, and always thinking the best of others. You can enjoy better relationships when you prefer one another and walk in faith and humility. 

Beyond better communication, it’s important to remember that you have an enemy. You do not wrestle against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). Speaking to the enemy of your relationships and commanding him to cease and desist in any maneuver against them will be one way to move mountains with your faith.

Overcome the Mountain In Your Finances

When your bills are piling up, what do you do? You may feel helpless in the face of the accumulating debt. You may be asking, “How do I attack my credit card debt?” You can walk in faith to move any mountain of debt in your finances or stubborn obstacle in your commitment to Christ Jesus. 

One strategy is to ask God for wisdom. James 1:5 says, “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.” Ask God to provide you with ways to get out of debt, such as tackling the smallest debts first or seeking a better job. 

God knows what will work best for you and your family. Brother Copeland says, “Faith begins where the will of God is known.” Start finding out the will of God for your finances today and speak to that mountain of debt to be removed in Jesus’ Name!

Confess Healing to a Mountain of Sickness

When the Son of God died, went to hell, then rose again from the dead, He did so for your eternal salvation, and He also paid for your physical healing. Isaiah 53:5 says, “He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.” 

Your healing is already paid for, and you can agree with God in a confession of faith. If you need to receive healing, declare, “I am healed. The Spirit of Life lives in me.” By aligning your words with God’s Word and speaking to the mountain of sickness and disease in your body, you are using your authority and exercising mountain-moving faith!

Knowing how to move mountains and live walking in faith is only one part of receiving all the tremendous benefits of your salvation. Your faith must be nourished with the Word of God.
