10 Confessions To Change Your Destiny Real Help

Have you ever tried to change something in your life and been frustrated with the results? Everyone has, at one time or another. Maybe you decided to eat better or exercise or save money. If you didn’t see the results, it’s probably because you started the habit, but you didn’t continue it.

To make changes in your life, you have to be consistent. Gloria Copeland says, “In consistency lies the power.” It’s what you do on a consistent basis that brings results. For example, if you are focused on getting healthy, you can eat more nutritious foods and exercise for one week, but that alone will not get you healthy. You have to continue eating healthy foods and exercising to become healthy.

The same is true with the Word of God. You can’t feed on it and speak it every so often and expect to see results in your life. Jeremiah 15:16 says, “When I discovered your words, I devoured them. They are my joy and my heart’s delight….” It’s the consistent feeding on and speaking of the Word of God that brings results in your life. If you want to change the direction of a particular area of your life, then begin by declaring these 10 Confessions To Change Your Destiny.

  1. From Sick to Healed

God sent His Word and healed me.

“He sent out his word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death” (Psalm 107:20).

  1. From Discouraged to Encouraged

I put my hope in God, and I will praise Him.

“Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again—my Savior” (Psalm 42:5).

  1. From Hateful to Loving

God loves me, and the Holy Spirit has filled my heart with love.

“For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love” (Romans 5:5).

  1. From Unforgiving to Forgiving

I am kind and forgive others as Christ has forgiven me.

“Be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you” (Ephesians 4:32).

  1. From Sad to Joyful

The joy of the Lord is my strength.

“This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the LORD is your strength!” (Nehemiah 8:10).

  1. From Foolishness to Wisdom

I ask God for wisdom; He knows what to do in every situation.

“If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking” (James 1:5).

  1. From Undisciplined to Disciplined

I discipline myself to run with purpose in every step.

“All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing” (1 Corinthians 9:25-26).

  1. From Poor to Rich

Jesus became poor so that by His poverty, I could be made rich in this life.

“You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9).

  1. From Incomplete to Complete

I am complete in Jesus, who is the head of all principality and power.

“For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power” (Colossians 2:9-10, NKJV).

  1. From Fearful to Powerful

God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline” (2 Timothy 1:7).
