As Partners, we are very blessed that Kenneth and Gloria pray for us every day. We thank God for hearing our prayers.
Labor Day 2011, the wildfire in Bastrop County, Texas, was inching closer and closer to my sister and brother-in-law's property. Houses and trees were burning to the ground in their neighborhood. All day long, my sister and her husband continued to pray, rebuke the fire and wind, and blow the shofar (ram’s horn). In His perfect timing, Jesus turned away the fire and the wind.
The Lord gave them Isaiah 43:2: "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee." 
We give all the glory to Jesus for hearing our prayers, turning the fire, and protecting my family and their home.
