First and foremost, remember that God is a good God, and He has made you an overcomer and more than a conqueror. That applies to anything and everything in your life! He has also given you the mind of Christ.

The world may have labeled you and you may notice certain things challenge you more than others, but you are called to live in victory every day in every way. The good news is that God never intended for you to do that on your own. He is right here waiting to help you!

Here are some things you can do:

  • Ask God to help you overcome the learning disorder. Then, expect Him to do it!
  • Speak scriptures that line up with what you’ve asked. For example:
    • “I have the mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16).
    • “No weapon formed against me will prosper” (Isaiah 54:17).
    • “I am the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath” (Deuteronomy 28:13).
    • “I am more than a conqueror, and I am conquering anything that tries to slow me down, in Jesus’ Name” (Romans 8:37).
  • Don’t settle for anything less than the dreams and desires God has placed in your heart. He will give you everything you need to accomplish them. All you have to do is trust Him and obey Him.

Something you may find interesting is that there have been many instances when God has helped those who were illiterate to read the Bible. They would pick it up and start reading, even though they were unable to read any other book. He can do great things!

In the meantime, as you believe for deliverance from any disability or disorder, just as with physical healing, it is perfectly acceptable to reach out for help in the natural. Find out what you can do to exercise your mind in a way that will improve your learning. God often meets us in the midst of those things to add His supernatural.
