Pastor Jim Blanchard is a 1993 graduate of Rhema a.k.a. Kenneth Hagin Ministries and is ordained through Rhema Ministerial Association International.  We are a multi-cultural denomination assembling together for worship, fellowship, study of God's Word, and to work together to fulfill the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
