Knowing that God is not willing that 'any' (one) should perish but that all should come to repentance (Romans 10:8-10), receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4), be water baptized (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:38), and fulfill the Great Commission (Mark 16:15-18).
