KCM Benefits

At KCM, we love God and we love people, including our people. That is why we look for every opportunity to bless and take care of our employees.

We focus on providing a work environment that uplifts and encourages our employees; developing them as believers, employees and individuals. Each department starts their morning off in group prayer and on a regular basis, our staff comes together to worship and praise God in staff chapel.

In addition, we have spent the past few years adding to our Benefits Package.

Health
We provide multiple medical benefit options. Full-time employees can choose from HSA or PPO health insurance plans administered by Cigna, three dental plans administered by SafeGuard and a vision plan administered by EyeMed.

We also have an on-site medical clinic with licensed physicians and a medical assistant who provides primary, preventive and urgent care to KCM employees and their families. Now a doctor’s visit is just a short distance from your desk. 

A well-equipped fitness facility is located on campus to help our employees and their families stay in shape morning, noon and night. We maintain our cardio equipment, weights and offer a place to work out to your favorite fitness DVD.

Retirement
We understand the importance of planning for the future, which is why we offer a 403(b) retirement plan administered by Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. (CPI).

Holidays and Paid Vacation
We provide eight paid holidays a year which include New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Also, we provide 10 paid days of vacation upon six months of full-time employment at KCM.

In addition, full-time employees enjoy six paid personal days a year to relax, refresh and rest.

Fathers and mothers will be given one paid day to be taken at the time of the birth or adoption of their child.

Child Care
We believe in providing options that benefit the entire family. This is why we have an experienced and established staff focused solely on child care. The on-site Child Learning Center provides you and your child with safe, convenient, quality child care that is filled with fun, love, academic excellence and godly character, all at competitive rates.

Other Benefits
