God Intends for You To Be Anointed

If you’re a believer, you are called by God to do the works of Jesus. You’re not called just to sit on the sidelines watching while God pours out His supernatural power through others He’s specially anointed. No, God intends for you to be anointed! He intends for you to be one of those through whom He pours out His burden-removing, yoke-destroying power. Here are some points to help you walk in it:

  1. Every supernatural work Jesus did during His earthly ministry was done by the power of the anointing, so to do His works you must be anointed too—Acts 10:38: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
  2. God established the fivefold ministry to be His anointing distribution system—Ephesians 4:11-12: “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”
  3. As members of the Body of Christ we increase in His Anointing as we come together as partners in ministry—Ephesians 4:15-16: “But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love” (New King James Version).
  4. When you become a partner with a fivefold ministry, the grace and anointing on that ministry comes on  you—Philippians 1:7: “Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.”
  5. Partnering with a minister of God qualifies you to walk in the same level of BLESSING that minister walks in and to receive the same heavenly and earthly rewards—Matthew 10:41: “He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward.”
