Real Help Topic: Pray

Have you ever stepped outside and suddenly been caught in a downpour without an umbrella? Life can feel the same way, especially when you or your family needs God’s grace.

The storms of life don’t always give a warning, which is why you need a powerful way to stay prepared. Effective, fervent prayer places your family under a divine covering, an umbrella of God’s grace.

That covering opens when you pray, protecting you from being harmed by any of life’s storms. Prayer is the greatest gift you can give your family. Whether you are praying for parents, siblings, a spouse, children or generations yet to come, a prayer of faith creates a spiritual covering that protects them from the storms of life.

That prayer of faith comes from a heart that expects God to hear and respond. God’s grace is already available, but faith is how we receive and release it into our family’s lives.

Three Steps To Preparing an Umbrella of God’s Grace

First, you must pray in Jesus’ Name. Jesus said, “Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!” (John 14:14). That’s the source of your authority. When you made Jesus the Lord of your life, God gave you the right to use His Name. As a believer who is “in Christ” (2 Corinthians 5:17, KJV), you have immediate access to everything provided by God’s grace.

Next, your prayers must be based on God’s Word. “For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding ‘Yes!’ And through Christ, our ‘Amen’ ascends to God for his glory” (2 Corinthians 1:20). God’s promises are written down so you can rely on them. When you pray according to the Word, you are standing on God’s guarantee that He hears and answers.

Lastly, a prayer of faith requires a determined expectation. When you pray in Jesus’ Name and according to God’s Word, you must believe the answer will come. That expectation is faith. Jesus said even faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains and make the impossible possible (Matthew 17:20). Faith is what keeps the umbrella of God’s grace firmly over your family.

The Umbrella Becomes Your Legacy

As you talk to God and believe He hears you, you leave your family a legacy. That umbrella of blessing and protection begins working the moment you pray and continues until it is needed. God is not limited by time, and neither is the power of prayer.

Your prayers do not stop working when your life on earth is finished. They continue producing results long after you have gone to be with the Lord. When the disciples asked Jesus, “Lord, teach us to pray,” He taught them one that is still effective today:

“OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE YOUR NAME. YOUR KINGDOM COME. YOUR WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN…” (MATTHEW 6:9-10, NKJV).

Those words still bring results because they are rooted in God’s grace and His will. In God’s eyes, a prayer of faith is far more valuable than money, land or possessions. “The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results” (James 5:16).

Prayer for Your Family

Use these three steps of prayer to keep your family under the umbrella of God’s grace.

Ask

Take time to write your own covenant prayer. Include at least one promise from God’s Word along with praise and thanksgiving. Keep it where you can see it. Jesus taught that persistent asking works. He told of a widow who refused to stop asking an unjust judge for justice. In the end, the judge answered her because she would not quit. Jesus said God will certainly answer His children who cry out to Him day and night (Luke 18:1-8).

Believe

Continue identifying scriptures that support your prayer. Put them in eyesight on your mirror or refrigerator along with your covenant prayer, and keep praising God. Follow Abraham’s example. He spoke of things that did not yet exist as though they already were. Abraham never wavered in his belief in God’s promise, and was fully convinced that God would do what He said (Romans 4:17, 20-21). Obey each step of faith the Holy Spirit gives you.

Receive

Jesus made it clear when to believe. You believe you receive the moment you pray. “You can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours” (Mark 11:23-24). Receiving by faith keeps your family under God’s grace for as long as it takes. When you are praying for salvation, protection and blessing over those you love, that covenant prayer continues until Jesus returns.

Pray

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word. Thank You that when I pray, You hear me. I’m coming to You to receive wisdom that I may know how to pray for my family. You have promised to save and bless them, and You have given Your shield of faith that will stop every dart of the enemy. Bring laborers across their paths to remind them of Your goodness, Your love and Your power. Keep them from the enemy and give them peace. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

How do you slow down and take a breath when everyone and everything around you are screaming, “Hurry!” Christmas is meant to be a season of joy, peace and celebration of our Savior.

Yet many people often find themselves facing Christmas stress from many directions: financial pressures, an overwhelming calendar, family tensions, the weight of unrealistic expectations, or a desire to make everything “perfect.”

If you’ve ever felt that holiday pressure building, you’re not alone. The good news is this: God has given you everything you need to overcome and enjoy this Christmas with His supernatural peace. “The peace I give is a gift the world cannot give(John 14:27).

Here are three practical, faith-filled suggestions to overcome Christmas stress during the holidays and walk in the peace of God, no matter what comes your way.

Guard Your Peace Through God’s Word and Prayer

As Christmas activities speed up, quiet time with the Lord is often the first thing pushed aside. Yet His Word is the very place where peace is restored, even during the holidays.

Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”

Think of it like this: The more crowded your schedule becomes, the more intentional you must be about entering God’s presence. Just ten minutes of speaking His promises and making your requests known to Him can defuse upcoming Christmas stress and reset your entire day.

Imagine trying to drive during a heavy snowfall without clearing your windshield. You have the vehicle to get where you need to go, but a lack of sight blocks your way. Stress does the same thing to your heart–it blocks your vision. But God’s Word works as a spiritual windshield wiper–wiping your spirit clean so you can see clearly again and move forward.

Try these suggestions to guard yourself from stress:

  • Start each morning with one scripture and one confession about the peace of God.
  • Pray Philippians 4:6-7 out loud whenever anxious thoughts show up.
  • Listen to worship music while wrapping gifts or preparing meals.

Stay in Love Especially When Christmas Stress Fuels Unwanted Emotions

Holiday gatherings can stir up old conversations, conflicting opinions and family dynamics, and provide opportunities for increased Christmas stress. But God calls us to walk in love even when the atmosphere feels tense. “Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony” (Colossians 3:14).

A Christmas tree looks best when every light is connected and shining. In some light strands, a single broken bulb can cause the entire strand to be without power. In others, the broken bulb is left standing while the others shine, but it affects the beauty of the tree. In the same way, love keeps the power of God flowing in your home.

Try these suggestions to safeguard your emotions during the holidays:

  • Decide ahead of time to forgive quickly and overlook minor offenses.
  • Instead of reacting emotionally, choose to speak words that build one another up.
  • If a stressful situation arises, step aside for 30 seconds and pray, “Lord, help me see as You see and walk in love.”

Release Every Burden to the Lord and Expect His Help

Christmas stress often comes in the form of financial strain, long to-do lists and the pressure to make everything “perfect.” But perfection is not your assignment–obedience and trust are. God’s Word says, “Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you” (1 Peter 5:7). As you find yourself battling stress during the holidays, call on the Lord. He is ready and willing to help you.

Picture standing with a heavy gift box. Someone stronger is there waiting to hold it for you, but you don’t want to release the box. Once you agree to release it, you no longer carry the weight. God wants you to do the same with every concern this season. Give it to God and expect His help.

Try these ways to release every problem to the Lord:

  • Write down what is weighing on you and pray over each item.
  • Simplify where you can–peace is more valuable than perfection.
  • Expect God’s favor in your planning, finances and relationships.

Prayer for a Peace-Filled Christmas

Anxiety during the holidays does not have to have a hold on you. The peace of God, His Love and His strength have already been given so you can overcome every challenge. As you stay in the Word, walk in love and give every burden to Him, this Christmas will become a testimony of His goodness. And you’ll step into the new year refreshed, restored, and anchored in His peace–exactly as He promised.

Use this prayer to overcome Christmas stress and experience the peace of God:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for Your peace that guards my heart and mind. I cast every care of this Christmas season onto You, knowing You care for me deeply. Lord, help me walk in love, patience and joy in every situation. Strengthen me to choose the peace of God over pressure, faith over fear and wisdom over worry.

I receive Your grace to handle every responsibility with ease and every relationship with compassion. Holy Spirit, guide my conversations, decisions and plans. Let this Christmas be filled with Your presence and Your blessings, and may Your joy overflow in my home. I praise You that I can defeat everything that tries to cause me Christmas stress by the power of Your Word.
In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Do you need provision in your family? Do you need finances? Do you need a job? Do you need food to put on the table? Do you need clothing for your family? What else does your family need?

As a believer, you have experienced God supply you with a glorious salvation in Jesus Christ, ensuring an eternity in heaven with Him. While you are here on earth, He desires to meet the needs in your life and in your family’s lives; He wants you to depend on Him. In fact, Philippians 4:19 says, “I am convinced that my God will fully satisfy every need you have, for I have seen the abundant riches of glory revealed to me through Jesus Christ!” (TPT).

For whatever provision you and your family need–whether spiritual, mental, emotional or physical–you can pray the following:

Heavenly Father, I pray for provision in my family. According to Your Word, You are my Provider. You are my Source for all good things. You have promised to fully satisfy every need I have. You can turn disaster to victory. You have promised to be my God, and I belong to You.

Father, You said in Your Word that I have not because I ask not (James 4:2). To me that means I must ask, so I’m asking You to take care of the lack in my life. I know You will provide good things for me, because You said in Your Word that You are my good heavenly Father. If I ask for bread, you will not give me a stone; or if I ask for a fish, you will not give me a serpent (Matthew 7:9-11).

Father, I know You want me prosper and be healthy just as my soul prospers. Therefore, according to 3 John 2, I am healthy and prosperous because my soul is prospering as I abide in Your love.

Father, because I’m a tither, I expect provision and blessings that overflow from heaven as You promised. You said I could test You by bringing the first of my increase as an offering to You, and You would bless me more than I can contain (Malachi 3:10).

I take comfort, Father, that You are my Shepherd and that You provide for me (Psalm 23:1). I love You, Father; and I thank You for being my Provider/Father. Teach me to use Your provision wisely so that I can continue to tithe, give offerings, bless my family and put some in savings. You are my God, and I praise and worship You forever! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Do you ever feel like you don’t know how to pray for other believers? Maybe you have a friend or a family member who is struggling in an area of their life. There is a huge temptation to tell them what you know or what to do. Unless you have the leading of the Holy Spirit, your words could end up hurting rather than helping. You are not without hope and help in God. He has provided these 7 Covenant Prayers To Pray for Others who are in covenant with God.

  1. Psalm 23 — Lord, You are (name)’s Shepherd. They have all they need. You let them rest in green meadows and lead them beside peaceful streams. You renew their strength. You guide them along right paths. Your rod and staff protect and comfort them. You prepare a feast for them in the presence of their enemies. You anoint their head with oil, and their cup overflows with blessings. Your goodness and unfailing love pursue them all the days of their lives, and they will live in Your house, Lord, forever.
  2. Psalm 91 — God, You alone are (name)’s refuge, their place of safety. You are their God and they trust You. For You rescue them from every trap and protect them from deadly disease. You cover them with Your feathers and shelter them with Your wings. Your faithful promises are their armor and protection. Because they make You, Lord, their refuge and the Most High their shelter, no evil will conquer them and no plague will come near their home. You order Your angels to protect them wherever they go.
  3. Psalm 103 — Lord, let (name) praise You with their whole heart. May they never forget the good things You do for them. You forgive all their sins and heal all their diseases. You redeem them from death and crown them with love and tender mercies. You fill their life with good things so that their youth is renewed like the eagle’s!
  4. Isaiah 54:17 — No weapon formed against (name) will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse them. They enjoy these benefits because they are Your servants, Lord, and their vindication comes from You!
  5. Ephesians 1:16-23 — I pray for (name) constantly, asking You, God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give them spiritual wisdom and insight so that they might grow in their knowledge of You. I pray that their heart will be flooded with light so that they can understand the confident hope You have given to those You called–Your holy people who are Your rich and glorious inheritance.
  6. Romans 15:13 — I pray that You, God, the source of hope, will fill (name) completely with joy and peace because they trust in You. Then they will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
  7. Philippians 1:9-11 — I pray that (name)’s love will overflow more and more, and that they will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding so that they will live a pure and blameless life until the day of Christ’s return. May they always be filled with the fruit of their salvation–the righteous character produced in their life by Jesus Christ.

To pray for those who are not in covenant with God, you can read How to Pray for an Unsaved Loved One.

When you base your prayers on God’s Word by praying 7 Covenant Prayers To Pray for Others, you can be sure your prayers will be answered. Be cautious about judging the effectiveness of your prayers by looking for results. God is faithful to perform His Word as you are faithful to pray His Word over others.

Have you ever played tug-of-war, the game where two teams pull at opposite ends of a rope until one pulls the other over a center line–or in some cases a pit of muddy water? The team that wins is typically the one that is stronger, that has the most determination, that won’t give in and quit.

You might feel like you are playing an internal tug of war between fear and faith over your finances. Don’t quit! The good news is that you don’t have to give in to fear. You can resist fear because God has not given you a spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7).

For more on defeating the fear in your life, watch Pastors George and Terri Pearsons explain Three Ways To Get Rid of Fear.

If you are ready to live free from fear when it comes to your finances, then start your day with A Prayer for Living Fear-Free In Your Finances–a prayer full of God’s promises that will inspire your faith in God about your finances.

Lord, Your Word tells me not to be anxious about anything, including my finances. In every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, I’m to present my requests to You. And when I do, the peace of God, which transcends all my understanding, will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

I bring the financial deficit I’m facing to You, and I stand on Your promise that You will meet all my needs according to Your riches in glory. As I seek You, I believe I will lack no good thing. You will give me more than enough so that my storehouses are filled with plenty. You will give me more than enough so I can give to every good work. I refuse to worry about what I will eat, drink or wear. Instead, I will seek first Your kingdom, trusting that all these things will be added to me and my family. (Philippians 4:19; Psalm 34:9-10; Deuteronomy 28:12; 2 Corinthians 9:8; Matthew 6:31-33)

I have not been given a spirit of fear over my finances, but of power, love and a sound mind. I am not dismayed over my financial condition, because God is my Provider and Supplier. I resist the devil and his thoughts of fear, including the fear of lack, and he must flee! I receive the wisdom of God. You said that if I need wisdom, I can ask You for it. So I’m asking You now for wisdom to get out of any financial debt or obligations. Show me what to do and I will do it. My desire is to please You and honor You in every area of my life, including my finances. Thank You for withholding no good thing from me, but rather meeting me where I am so I can prosper in You and give all glory to You. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen. (Psalm 84:11; 2 Timothy 1:7; Isaiah 41:10; James 4:7; James 1:5)

I want to bear good fruit in my life that brings You glory and honor, and that remains for generations after me. I love You. I love people. I dedicate myself to be a light and a witness in the earth in order that those who don’t know You will find You and the salvation You have provided through Jesus Christ.

What is the best Christmas present you have ever received? Do you remember how you felt when you unwrapped it to find something that exceeded your expectations? Nothing that you receive in this life could ever compare to the gift that God provided for you through Jesus Christ. Just like a gift you receive at Christmas, unless you open it, unless you unwrap it, it will sit there unenjoyed. Choose today to Unwrap the Gift of Covenant at Christmas and celebrate for a lifetime!

Who is Jesus? Jesus is the light of the world (John 8:12), the power and wisdom of God (1 Corinthians 1:24-30), the Lamb of God (John 1:29), and the King of Kings (Revelation 19:16). Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Eternal life begins when you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. It is a choice which begins now, and then Jesus keeps on making life within you as you allow Him.

That eternal life won’t just change your eternal destination from hell to heaven; it will also renew your mind and bring your body into healing and wholeness. When you give your life to Jesus, you enter into a covenant with Him, and He becomes all these things to you: Lord, Savior, Healer, Deliverer, Provider and Prince of Peace.

Watch Kenneth Copeland and Professor Greg Stephens lead you into a covenant relationship with Jesus HERE:

To unwrap the gift of covenant–to make Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life–at Christmas or any day of the year, simply pray this prayer aloud:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. Your Word says, “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved” (Acts 2:21). I am calling on You. I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10: “If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.” I do that now. I confess that Jesus is my Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. I am now reborn! I am a Christian–a child of Almighty God! I am saved!”

7 Steps To Receive the Holy Spirit

God Wants the Best for You!

Election Day in America has historically been one of the U.S.’s more exciting days, but in recent years, it’s been a bit more turbulent. Of course, leading up to the big day everyone expects plenty of heated debate–among candidates and voters alike–with all the campaigning, comparing, contrasting and commercializing. That’s typically been part of the healthy political process of maintaining America’s democratic-republic form of government.

What’s concerning, however, is what seems to have begun trending during this process–namely intense negativity. As believers, what better time for us to step up and start confessing God’s Word! The Apostle Paul reminds us that we can always count on victory being within reach, if we confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts (see Romans 10:9).

The key to victory–in any race in life–is in our mouths and our hearts (spirits). They’re always close by, and together, they’re designed by God to produce great results in our lives. They put action to the faith we have to see things change (Mark 11:22-24.)

So, during this election season–a time when we can determine the course of our nation–you can help counteract the negative chatter about candidates, country and the competition. You can help silence the venting, ranting and promoting of hate, judgment, condemnation, fear, doubt and hopelessness. Simply believe, then give voice to life, blessing and hope as you Confess LIFE Over America.

Speak the Declarations of Faith today:

  1. America is established in righteousness–since the time of its inception until now (Isaiah 54:14), America continues to be one nation under God!
  2. Jesus is Lord over America–and as a nation, we call on the Name of Jesus and we are saved (Romans 10:9-13; 1 Corinthians 12:3).
  3. Every knee in America bows, and every tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11)!
  4. America overcomes the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony–Jesus is Lord (Revelation 12:11)!
  5. No weapon formed against America shall prosper–and every tongue that rises against it in judgment shall be condemned. This is our heritage as a nation because our righteousness is from the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
  6. The Lord rescues America–He protects us because we trust in His Name. He answers us when we call on Him and is with us in trouble. He rescues and honors us. He rewards us with a long history and gives us His salvation (Psalm 91:14-16).
  7. I am a dual citizen–a citizen of America and a citizen of heaven. Therefore, I exercise my spiritual authority over Satan and his forces as one who is seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion (Ephesians 1:21, 2:6, 6:12).
  8. Wisdom abides in the hearts and minds of America’s leaders–at federal, state and local levels; in executive, legislative and judicial branches. The Spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge and the fear of the Lord is upon them. They do not judge according to what their eyes see or make decisions according to what their ears hear; they judge by righteousness (Isaiah 11:2-4).
  9. The voices of influence in America’s politics change–voices of influence in this nation are influenced by, aligned with and speak according to God’s will. Our elected officials and leaders hear and follow the voice of the Good Shepherd (God’s Word), and the voice of the stranger they will not follow (John10:4-5, 27).
  10. God has set before us life and death, blessing and cursing–and America chooses life (Deuteronomy 11:26-28, 30:19-20). Believers speak out as boldly as lions for what is right and against what is wrong, and there is no moral rot within our nation (Proverbs 28:1-2).
  11. The foundation of marriage is restored in America–perverse ideas and lifestyles are no longer glorified. Rather, truth and righteousness, and strong and healthy marriages are held in honor and centered around God’s Word (Genesis 2:24; Hebrews 13:14).
  12. America is filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord–from coast to coast and border to border; in all halls of government, from Washington, D.C. and our state capitals to our county seats and city halls (Habakkuk 2:14).
  13. All elected and appointed officers of government in America hunger and thirst for righteousness–and rivers of living water flow from them (Matthew 5:6; John 7:38).
  14. God raises up godly men and women to serve in America’s offices of government–men and women who are strong in Him and in the power of His might, who are capable, honest, fear God and hate bribes (Ephesians 6:10; Exodus 18:21).
  15. God pours out His Spirit on all people in America (Joel 2:13; Acts 2:17-19).

In this election season, let your voice be heard in the heavens and throughout the earth. And come Election Day–let it be heard at the polls. Confess LIFE Over America and give voice to your faith in the victory God has for us in America!

Here are some additional resources with details on local and national candidate voting records, sample ballots and even a Voter Prayer & Confession card.

America Stands Election Resources – America Stands

Be sure to download and print the card so you can Confess LIFE Over America in the voting booth!

After weeks and months, even years, of politics everywhere you turn, you finally made it to the voting booth–maybe even against some challenging odds–but now what? Faced with a sea of unfamiliar candidates, powerful political positions, and defining legislative matters, how do you know which lever to pull, which box to check or which bubble to fill in? That’s the moment you need wisdom from on high–when you think, I Need Wisdom To Vote! So, here are some tools to help you–specifically a prayer and confessions for you as you enter the voting booth.

Wisdom Cries Out!

God promises that no matter where you are or what you’re facing in life, He is there to guide you–and yes, that includes in the voting booth. In fact, what better place to cry out to God for His wisdom and direction (James 1:5). Because let’s face it: People are always going to talk politics. But what’s the right conversation to have, especially in this election season–the best words to speak, best opinions to express, best values to uphold? Isaiah 30:21 is a promise we can stand on: “Your own ears will hear [the Lord]. Right behind you a voice will say, ‘This is the way you should go,’ whether to the right or to the left” (Isaiah 30:21).

As you prepare to head to the polls, thinking I Need Wisdom To Vote! consider taking along some wisdom from on high. Here is a prayer and 9 confessions to help you in the voting booth.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I come before You, today, in this holy place. I thank You for the honor and privilege of voting in this election. I declare that the United States of America is a godly and righteous nation. I pray over every person on this ballot, that they come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord.

I am a tither, and I declare that the devil cannot rob me of my vote, because the devourer is rebuked (Malachi 3:10-12). I believe my vote is uncorrupted and will arrive safely at its intended destination.

I release my faith that Jesus is Lord over America, and as I vote…

  1. I cast my vote for godliness–for the righteousness that will make America great.
  2. I cast my vote for leaders who will best represent the standards of God and His Word.
  3. I cast my vote for the protection of life–protection for the born and the unborn.
  4. I cast my vote for God’s truth concerning gender identity and sexuality.
  5. I cast my vote for God’s truth concerning marriage and sexual union.
  6. I cast my vote for fundamental, parental rights, particularly when it comes to the upbringing and education of children–my children, my grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
  7. I cast my vote for stewardship of God’s creation, which includes my responsibility to participate in the governing (election) process.
  8. I cast my vote for the protection of all God-given, inalienable rights–and for a nation that lives in peace.

Being strong and courageous in the face of adversity, in the face of uncertain times, and in the face of bad news or a bad report is exactly what God wants for us. But we are not strong and courageous by default. It is something we must develop. We must feed our spirits to become stronger. We must pray for and declare by faith that we are strong in the Lord, as we grow up in Christ.

When Joshua was facing the daunting task of leading the children of Israel into the Promised Land, God knew that Joshua needed strength, that he needed courage. So, included in His instructions to Joshua, three times the Lord said, “Be strong and courageous.”

Be strong and courageous, for you are the one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would give them.
Be strong and very courageous…. Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it.
This is my command–be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:6-9).

If Joshua needed strength and courage for what was ahead of him, then so will we, especially in the times in which we live. Like Joshua, we have difficulties to face, battles to win, assignments to fulfill, wisdom to receive, hope to inspire, and faith to develop. We have people to lead, people to reach and people to love. We have health to walk in, financial increase to steward, and a generation to disciple.

To accomplish all that God has for us, we need to pray–the foundation for all we will ever do. And, our prayers must declare the Word of God by faith–because that’s what changes things. Make the following prayer and confession part of your daily routine. Make it something you take hold of and speak to build your faith, strengthen your inner man, and give you courage.

Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You are my strength and my shield. My heart trusts in You. When I am weak, because of You and Your mighty power I am strong. When I am afraid, I put my trust in You. When I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, because You are with me. I am not afraid of the terrors at night or the arrow that flies by day. Though a thousand may fall at my side, or 10,000 around me, no evil touches me. You are my refuge, my God, in whom I trust.

I know that You will never leave me nor forsake me. I know that You will uphold me with Your righteous right hand. Because of You, I will not be dismayed. I will not be discouraged. I will not be disappointed. My hope is in You.
I am strong and courageous.
I am more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus.
I am the head and not the tail.
I am above and not beneath.
I am an overcomer by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony.
I can’t go under for going over.
You are greater in me than he who is in the world.
With You on my side, I will not fear. I will be courageous. What can man do to me?
There is nothing You can’t do, for You are my God. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

Prayer based on the following scriptures: Ephesians 6:10-11; 2 Corinthians 12:10; Psalms 28:7, 56:3, 23:4; Psalm 91; Deuteronomy 31:6; Isaiah 41:10; Romans 8:37; Deuteronomy 28:13; Revelation 12:11; 1 John 4:4; Psalm 118:6

When Jesus came from heaven to earth, He came needing partners. First, God partnered with Mary to bring Jesus into this world. He partnered with Joseph to raise Jesus. And when Jesus was ready to enter His ministry, He went in search of assistance and assistants.

It was then that Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, and the moment He came up from the waters of the Jordan River, the Spirit of the Lord came upon Him and set Him apart for public ministry (John 1:29-34; Luke 4:18-19). From there, Jesus walked this earth bearing all the Anointings of God, being the fullness of God manifested in the flesh–but He didn’t do it alone. Jesus chose 12 partners (apostles) to walk alongside Him.

Have you ever noticed that every one of Jesus’ partners in ministry was a businessman? Every one of them. They knew nothing about ministry, but Jesus needed partners and they were willing to leave the business world to serve Him. They included a politician, a tax collector, fishermen and business owners (Matthew 4:18-22, 9:9-13; John 21:2-8).

Jesus needed their partnership to accomplish what He was called to do, and that included their prayers. For example, in Matthew 26 and Mark 14, it is recorded that Jesus went to the garden in Gethsemane, along with His disciples–His partners–to pray.

Like Jesus, when Paul surrendered his life to Jesus and began to do the work of the ministry, he, too, invited others to join him in reaching the known world with the good news of the gospel. If Jesus and Paul needed partners to accomplish all that they were called to do, then surely, we do too!

The whole idea of partnership is God’s, and it’s something He wants us involved in. It’s how He gets more resources to us to do His kingdom work. Do you need greater faith? More anointing? Increased wisdom? Someone praying for you daily? This and more are what partnership provides.

When Kenneth and Gloria Copeland were first starting out in ministry, God led them to partner with Oral Roberts’ ministry. Then, as their ministry grew, God instructed them to invite others to partner with them–and God told Kenneth to call them “Covenant Partners.”

If you’re a Covenant Partner with KCM, there are 13 Scriptures Kenneth & Gloria Pray Daily for Their Covenant Partners. If you’re not a Covenant Partner with Kenneth and Gloria, read these passages for yourself and consider what it would be like to have someone praying these specifically for you…each and every day.

  1. Psalm 23…for rest, strength, guidance, faith, protection, comfort, honor, blessings, goodness and God’s unfailing love.
  2. Psalm 91…for rest, protection, refuge, shelter and safety; and for God to be with you in trouble, to rescue you when you need it, to give you His great salvation.
  3. Psalm 103…for forgiveness of your sins, for healing from all diseases, for being redeemed from death and crowned with love and tender mercies, for the revelation of God’s unfailing love, for righteousness and justice to prevail when you are treated unfairly.
  4. Psalm 112…that you would be prosperous, generous, compassionate and righteous–blessed to be a blessing. That you would have influence and honor, free from fear and able to face your foes triumphantly.
  5. Psalm 118…that you would experience God’s faithful love that endures forever, that you would walk in the authority God has given you, that you would live successfully and victoriously.
  6. Isaiah 54…that you would be rescued from all your troubles and have help to triumph over your enemies.
  7. Ephesians 1:16-23…that you might grow in spiritual wisdom and insight, in your knowledge of God, and in your understanding of the greatness of God’s power and authority.
  8. Ephesians 3:14-20…for strength, resources and the power to understand God’s love; and that God would do for you more than you could ask or think.
  9. Zechariah 9:11-12…that you would be a prisoner of hope.
  10. Colossians 1:9-11…for knowledge of God’s will, spiritual wisdom and understanding…for endurance, patience and fruit in your life.
  11. 1 Thessalonians 5:23…that the God of peace would make you holy in every way, that your whole spirit, soul and body would be kept blameless.
  12. Romans 15:13…that you would be filled with all joy and peace, abounding in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
  13. Romans 15:29…that you would have the fullness of THE BLESSING.

Can you see how much it matters who we are in partnership with? It matters who is praying for us, praying with us, standing in faith for us, and declaring God’s promises over us. When you’re a Partner with Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, they are praying for you. Their other Partners are praying for you–hundreds of thousands of them. Pastors George and Terri Copeland Pearsons, the teams at KCM and EMIC, and the students of KCBC are all praying for you. Can you imagine the difference faith-filled prayers make in all our lives?

If you’re not a Partner, consider becoming one today. Consider becoming part of something bigger than yourself, so more people can be reached with THE BLESSING than ever before!

Staying in faith is the key to achieving every desire of your heart–even the most secret ones. God has great plans and purposes for your life, and He desires that you achieve every one of them! His promises aren’t just there as something to wish or hope for–they belong to you.

But they are conditional.

That’s why it is so important to stay safely inside the faith lane. It’s the expressway to your dreams and all THE BLESSINGS of God. But it is a narrow road, so that’s why it is so important that you make continual course corrections in your life and never settle for being the same person year after year. (2022 is the year of correction, direction, protection and perfection…check out this word from the Lord HERE.) Even more, denying that things need correcting will keep you driving in circles year after year. No one wants to drive in circles!

To get you on your way, here is a prayer to stay in the faith lane to help launch your life of faith to the next level:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that Your plans for me are far greater than I could ever imagine. Thank You that You have a purpose for me that includes the manifestation of the desires of my heart and even blessings that I’ve never dreamed of.

Father, I know that to receive all You have for me, I must stay in alignment with Your will and Your Word. I know that if something is missing in my life, I’m not waiting on You; You are waiting on me. I repent for the areas where I’ve missed it, God. I ask You to forgive me and help me get back on my way to victory in You.

Lord, I ask You to reveal to me areas where I have not been walking in love–places where I have pent-up hurt, rejection, bitterness or anger. Help me to forgive and be healed emotionally, and help me let go completely to give You room to do Your work in me. Help me to humble myself and ask forgiveness of those who I have treated poorly, spoken to more harshly than I should have, or neglected in any way.

I desire to obey Your Word and live a life filled with love for You and others. I commit to You today that I am going to begin each day in faith–believing for good things, looking at life through the lens of faith, and seeking Your will in everything I say and do.

Thank You for Your blessings and Your love for me, and for guiding me into all truth.

In Jesus’ Name.

Amen

Now that you have asked God to help you live life in the faith lane, believe you will! He is there to help you every step of the way. And if you miss a step now and then, don’t get down on yourself. Just adjust your course, and get back on the road to victory!

5 Secrets to Living Life In the Faith Lane

Hearing from God is what we are called to live and breathe for, and what most of us desire more than anything.

The Greek word logos is the written Word of God. We learn, grow and are instructed through reading His Word. But maybe you’ve experienced this–a situation arises, and you know you need a word from the Lord. So, you go to the Bible and flip through the pages searching for the answer, but you can’t seem to find the word that fits your situation. That’s when you need a rhema word.

The Greek word rhema is a quickened, specific word from the Holy Spirit directly to you. It will help you see a single scripture in a whole new light and apply it to your life. It will tell you exactly how to respond to your specific circumstance. It will bring a small correction to your life that will change your entire situation almost instantly. A rhema word is designed to guide you and impart life to you.

One small rhema from the Lord has great power and can accomplish amazing things. If you’re facing a situation today and you need an answer on how to handle it, it’s time to ask God for a rhema word. Even if you aren’t looking for a specific answer, a rhema word from God will propel you forward in your faith like nothing else! Here is a prayer to receive a rhema word from God you can pray in faith.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You have given me Your Word to guide, correct and comfort me. I believe that Your Word is life and truth to my spirit, and I receive the power of Your written Word in my life.

Lord, You know my situation. I desire to only say what You, my Father, say, and do what You, my Father, do. I desire to obey You and heed Your instructions because I know they will always lead me to victory beyond anything I could ever imagine.

So today, Lord, I am asking for a rhema word from You regarding ________. Please give me ears to hear, eyes to see, and a heart to perceive the exact rhema the Holy Spirit desires to deliver to me. I open my heart and soul to listen, so I can clearly see the illuminated word You have for me.

Help me to repent where I need to repent, change where I need to change, and take action where You direct me; and to do so without hesitation.

Thank You for loving me and guiding me into all triumph in Your Name. And now, I am expecting to receive a rhema word regarding this situation.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen

That situation that has you perplexed? God wants to give you the answer. He wants you healed, delivered, prospering, advancing, increasing and every other good thing. And He wants you on the fast track to get there! Rhema is coming to you. Receive it!

Psalm 23; Matthew 11:15; John 6:63; 2 Corinthians 2:14

3 Reasons Why Your Confessions Aren’t Working

Each of us is called to a wealthy place.

It’s a place where we enjoy the prosperity God has in store for us financially, emotionally, physically and in every other way. It’s a place God has set aside for us to both enjoy and sow from. While we are all called to abundance, God has a specific assignment for each of us to fulfill–places we’re called to sow, ways in which we’re called to minister. To walk in the fullness of your calling, you first must find what Psalm 66:12 calls your “wealthy place.”

If you’ve been wandering in the wilderness, it’s time to get to the promised land He’s set aside for you. To begin your journey, we’ve put together a prayer to find your wealthy place, to get you on your way.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You have set aside a wealthy place just for me. Thank You that it is full of every good thing and overflowing with abundance.

God, I want to walk in the fullness of my calling–to go where You want me to go, give where You want me to give, and minister where You want me to minister. I’m asking that You reveal my wealthy place to me. Show me how to get where You’ve called me, and when I arrive, equip me to walk in it in a way that is pleasing to You.

Lord, if I have missed it in any area, I ask that You reveal it to me, so I can repent and move onto the right path. I desire to live upright, obedient and pleasing to You. I ask that You help me to strengthen my faith for big things because You are not the God of the possible, but of the impossible–the things that seem over and above what I could ever experience.

Help me guard my heart from pride, fear, greed, complaining and unforgiveness. I know these things open the door for the devil to rob me of what You’ve set aside for me in my wealthy place. Help me to put Your Word first place in my life and to never, ever compromise on even the smallest thing.

I thank You for Your goodness toward me, and I give You all the praise and glory.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

When you pray this prayer in faith, you are opening the door to hear from God as He directs you to your wealthy place in Him. Step out in faith. Ask big and believe big. Your promised land awaits!

Listen in as Gloria Copeland and Pastor George Pearsons teach you why prosperity is God’s will for you.

Finding Your Wealthy Place

There’s a big difference between knowing something mentally, and knowing it experientially and intimately. People can be acquainted with one another, but a husband and wife know each other in a much more intimate way. Demons know Jesus is Lord, but we know Him as Lord in a way that causes us to receive Him and have an encounter with Him.

So, you see, knowing something mentally is never enough in the spiritual realm. It’s the same reason an unbeliever can read the same Bible we do but never see what it is revealing. That’s where so many Christians get stuck. They know God is good, but they’ve never had the kind of revelation that makes them know His goodness toward them.

If that’s where you are today, you don’t have to stay there. Just as we can never say, “Hey, I’ve read the Bible through once; I think I’m good,” we also can never be content to say that we are just fine in the area of receiving revelation of the goodness of God. It is a continual pursuit–and one worth going after.

Let your hunger for more of Him guide you today as you pray this prayer to receive revelation of the goodness of God in your life.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I praise You, thank You and glorify You. I confess today that You are a good God and that Your desire toward me is always, always, always good–no matter what. I thank You that You desire only good things for me and never bad. And You never want me to go without the things You’ve promised.

I thank You that You desire my body to be free from sickness and disease every minute of every day for the rest of my life. I thank You that Your desire for me is to be financially abundant and walking in plenty. I thank You that Your desire for me is to have a happy, loving and strong family–a spouse, children and healthy extended-family relationships. I thank You that Your goodness is what longs to give me the desires of my heart.

Lord, I’m asking You today to give me a deep, intimate revelation of Your goodness toward me. I ask that You will reveal to me any areas where I am unknowingly questioning Your goodness, and help me eradicate them from my life forever in Jesus’ Name. I ask You to cause scriptures from Your Word pertaining to Your goodness to jump out at me and penetrate me–spirit, soul and body.

Father, I ask You to help me to throw off those things that hinder–wrong beliefs, wrong thoughts, wrong mindsets. I shake those loose from me now in Jesus’ Name. I choose to believe Your Word and only Your Word.

I pray all these things in the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.

Do you believe you receive it? If your answer is yes, you have already moved one step closer to living in this revelation! Don’t take it lightly. Revelation of God’s goodness will swing wide open the doors of BLESSING and opportunity in your life. And the freedom, peace and joy that come from this revelation are like nothing else you’ll ever experience!

Watch Kenneth Copeland and Jerry Savelle talk about the power of the goodness of God.

7 Ways To Live in the Goodness of God

Evangelizing seems to be easier for some than for others. Maybe you’ve even marveled at those who witness to everyone they come across as if it were no big deal, but you find it difficult to share even with those closest to you.

Some people try to back out of witnessing by claiming, “That’s not my gifting.” But the truth is–evangelism isn’t a gifting, it’s a calling and mandate for every believer.

Much of what God calls us to do requires His supernatural help. And this is no different!

If you’re ready to step out of the boat and do what Jesus called you to do, here is a prayer to become a fisher of men you can pray in faith.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for saving me and setting me free from sin, death, hell and the curse. I thank You that I am saved, delivered, healed and set up for victory in every area of my life. Lord, I do not desire to keep this unmerited blessing to myself. I want to share the gift of Jesus with the world.

Father, You have called me to go into all the world and preach the good news of Jesus Christ. I want to honor and obey that call. So, right now in the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am a fisher of men. I am not intimidated by rejection, persecution or ridicule. I am strong in the Lord and the power of Your might. I have the mind of Christ, and I can share my testimony, without fear, with others.

I ask that You help me to be bold and courageous in sharing my faith. I ask that You make my tongue the pen of a ready writer–that You would give me the perfect words to speak to each individual. God, You know their hearts better than even they do, and You can speak right to the tender places of their spirit. I ask that You do this through me and that I would see the fruit of my labor.

Thank You for calling me to be a laborer in this precious harvest. I call in a harvest of new believers now, in Jesus’ Name!

Amen.

When you pray this prayer to become a fisher of men, believe you receive the anointing to do so! Once you start sharing your faith, you won’t be able to stop. Remember–don’t base your results on the initial reactions of people. You are planting the Word in their hearts, and the Word of God never returns void!

How to Pray for an Unsaved Loved One

If you’ve recently moved or are looking for a new church home for any other reason, you may be finding the process more daunting than you imagined.

Connecting with a local church and developing godly relationships with other believers is a major key to spiritual growth and success (Hebrews 10:23-25; Ephesians 4:15-16). And choosing which church to do that with is a big decision!

If you’re in the middle of your search, Brother Copeland offers this guidance: “This is the time to pray and say, ‘LORD, where is my church home? Where is my church family? Am I in the right city?’ You find out where your church home is, and I’ll guarantee you, your financial success will be there. That’s where your job is going to be, that’s where your business is going to be. Life is in that place. Put God first. Below is a helpful checklist, and a prayer to find the right church where you can pray in faith:

Father, I know that no church or pastor is perfect, so help me to be humble in my search, while not compromising on the fundamentals of salvation, water baptism, baptism in the Holy Spirit, prosperity and healing. Let me be led by Your Spirit and not my flesh. You have said that my steps are ordered of You, and I receive that over my search for a church.

And now I ask in Your Name, by faith, that You would guide me to the church You have ordained for me. Impress upon my spirit the place You would have me to attend and serve.
I pray that You would also show me how I might be a blessing to those in my new church home and that I would serve with a right heart and spirit.

Thank You, God, for my new church home!

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Help me to put aside all my former assumptions about the Scriptures and open my heart to receive a fresh impartation from the Holy Spirit that will change my life.

Father, I ask in Jesus’ Name that You will make the tongue of my pastor the pen of a ready writer, speaking under the unction of the Holy Spirit, and imparting to his congregation the revelation and knowledge of You that can only come through the anointing. Let me be a ready and willing listener, receiver and applier of Your Word to my life so I may see the victory You have in store for me this year.

5 Spiritual Boosts You Can Only Get at Church

Lunch bag trades are serious.

When you were a kid in grade school, you likely had at least one opportunity to trade an item from your lunch bag for an item in another kid’s lunch bag. But you didn’t do this without really considering what you were getting. For example, no kid is going to trade his cookie for someone else’s carrot sticks. But a bag of your favorite crackers for a bag of chips? Let’s trade!

In the spiritual realm, we have the same opportunity, but for some reason, Christians want to hold on to their own will, rather than trade it for God’s will. God is different than the kids in the lunchroom. He’s willing to give you amazing blessings, many of which you’ve never even dreamed of, in exchange for what you currently have–your own ideas about how to live life. That’s a pretty good trade!

Yet, the devil has convinced many people–even strong believers–that for some reason, they should hold on to their own reasoning or ideas, rather than relinquish them completely and allow God’s will to take center stage. They become deaf to correction God sends through other people, they can’t handle hearing that they need improving in any area, and they won’t budge from exactly how they think something is going to manifest.

If you’ve been living this way, you’re likely still without what you want most. But it doesn’t have to stay that way! You can trade what you have in your bag for what God has in His. To help get you started, here is a prayer to exchange your will for God’s will that you can pray in faith.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You have plans for Me exceedingly, abundantly above what I can even imagine–plans for good that will give me a future and a hope. I praise You and thank You that this is Your will for me! God, I know You want to prosper and bless me in every way possible, and I desire to fully put my trust in You and relinquish my will for Yours.

Right now, I repent for holding onto aspects of my life that I want to see changed. I confess that I have been stubborn in holding onto my own thoughts and ideas or the way I think You should work. I purpose in my heart and before You to shed every part of my own will for Your will. I commit to being completely open to Your correction, either in my time with You, or through godly people You put in my life.

I commit to make changes in my heart and mind that will pave the way to victory in the area I’m seeking to find it. I will have faith and walk through every door You open. I will sow time or money where You instruct me, I will remove wrong thinking when You reveal it to me, and I will listen to You through prayer and Your Word.

I submit my will to Your will in Jesus’ Name, and I thank You that Your plans for me are beyond my imagination.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

When you pray this prayer to exchange your will for God’s will, you are getting the good end of the deal! Everything you desire, God desires for you to have, when it is in line with His will and His Word. Letting go of your own will is absolutely essential to receiving from Him. You’ll never regret it!

4 Ways to Build Spiritual Strength for 2021

At the 2020 Southwest Believers’ Convention, Keith Moore shared a powerful word about trusting in God ALONE. Supernatural things happen when we release our faith in man, and turn all our hope and trust to God as our ONLY Source!

At the end of this session at the convention, a man sitting in on the teaching prayed a prayer of repentance for putting his trust in things other than God. Within minutes, things in his life started happening–supernatural provision and breakthrough.

You can experience the same shift in your own life when you repent for looking to man–even if that man is you–instead of God ALONE.

We’re sharing the prayer Keith Moore led at the Southwest Believers’ Convention immediately following this teaching, that led to deliverance and exciting testimonies. Pray this prayer of repentance for making others your source with a sincere heart, and get ready to see results.

Lord, I worship You and praise You. I glorify You. Father God, forgive me for ever looking to people or relying on the arm of flesh or trusting in man, regardless of the form. I repent right now for making others my source instead of You. Today, I put my eyes only on You. You alone are my Savior. You alone are my Provider. You alone are my Healer and my Protector. I trust in You. From this day forward, I’m depending on You alone. I am relying on You ONLY. Thank You for showing Yourself strong on my behalf. Let everything in my life be seen and done in such a way that You are the most seen, most exalted and most glorified because You are worthy, worthy, worthy.

Thank You, Lord, for meeting my needs. Thank You for doing far and away above what I could ever do on my own or with another man’s help.

Give me the grace to live out a life of trust in You all the days of my life.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

When you pray this prayer of repentance for making others your source, you’ll notice a sense of freedom wash over you. It is so liberating when you actually become completely dependent on God alone, and you are no longer dependent on anyone else. It sets you free!

Why You Don’t Have What You Desire Most

Deception is the devil’s tactic. His only hope to take out believers is to get them to believe a lie. He does it so subtly as to make it almost seem true. Almost.

If you’re walking in the light of the truth, you won’t fall for it. But if you’ve allowed the hype in the media, Facebook™ or CNN to influence your thinking, you’re at risk. The only protection from deception is being rooted and grounded in the Word of God.

If you think you are above being deceived–you already are deceived. We all have to work to protect ourselves. To begin, here is a prayer to break the spirit of deception and remain guarded from it.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You are the Way, the Truth and the Life–the only Truth and the only Way. I thank You that You desire that I have truth in my inward parts and that I walk in the freedom that comes only from walking in the light of Your truth.

Father, today I take a stand against any deception trying to take root in my life. I bind deception and lies right now in the Name of Jesus. I curse every attempt of the devil to get me to buy a lie.

I refuse to be tempted to believe lies wrapped in truth and things that sound good or sound right, but do not line up with Your Word.

I declare that I walk in love toward all people, which is a defense against deception. I ask, Lord, that when people–even proclaiming Christians–exalt new ideas over the Word of God, that I will be quick to recognize it–that I will look to Your Word for guidance and confirmation, not to man.

I ask that every veil be removed from my eyes, that I will not be blinded by the opinions of others, by the thoughts and ideas of the world, but I will know the true voice of my Shepherd.

Lord, I ask that You bring conviction upon me for any areas where I have fallen into believing a lie. Show me these areas, and bring them to my mind. I ask that You cause me to humble myself, repent and get back on the road of truth.

Your Word says You set the captives free, and I declare today that I am free of deception.

I praise You and thank You that You keep me safe in Your truth and that I will always have the desire to abide in You, no matter what persecution I may face.

In Your Name, I pray. Amen.

When you allow the Lord to bring areas of deception to your mind, and you repent and turn back to truth–nothing will ever hold you back. Even if they are ideas your entire family has embraced, you can go free. You don’t ever have to be the victim of deception when you guard your heart diligently every day of your life.

The pressure is there.

And every Christian feels it now and again.

Believers in the spotlight have faced the struggle–some successfully, some not.

The feeling of wanting and needing to fit in with people is real. But, as Christians, we are called to be in the world–not of it. So, how can we battle the desire for belonging with the call to be set apart?

Your desire to be joined with God over the world can be developed! It takes daily time with the Lord and a commitment to who He is and what He values. As you set out to be joined to what He says is right, here is a prayer to stand out in the world you can pray in faith.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for the standard of Your Word–that it is right, fair, just and for my good. I thank You that You–and Your standards–are the same yesterday, today and forever. You are a never-changing God.

Lord, You know the world is constantly at odds with what You say is right and true. The pressures on us, as Christians, to conform is often great. Thank You, God, that You give me strength for the battle. Your Word says I can expect to be persecuted for the Word’s sake, but I can always expect victory when I stay true to Your ways.

I pray that I will never turn to the right or to the left–that I will have the wisdom to walk with wise people and the courage to discontinue relationships with those who pull me off the straight and narrow path You have called me to walk.

Help me stand for what is right–according to Your Word–and against what is wrong, no matter the cost.

Give me the courage to be a God pleaser, not a man pleaser, and to overcome the temptation to give in to the world’s way of thinking, doing and being. Give me the strength to stand out in the crowd even at the risk of rejection. Jesus, You faced the ultimate rejection, and I know, with Your help, I can face any persecution and come out victorious.

May I always be pleasing to You.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen

When you pray this prayer to stand out in the world, you will cultivate a desire to stand on the side of God no matter what repercussions you might face in the here and now. When you stand in courage for what is right, you will see a great reward, not only in heaven, but in this life!

Do You Stand Out? 3 Ways You Should Look Different From the World

There’s a dream in your heart.

You don’t think about it every minute, but it’s always there…calling to you.

If you could make it happen, you would. But something inside you reminds you that anything with God involves a process. He’s a God of order, after all.

You may have been waiting for five, 10 or even 20 years for this dream to come to pass. You may feel like you’ve been in a dry land, but don’t give up! If you’re ready to stop wandering in the wilderness, here is a prayer to possess your promised land you can pray in faith.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You are the God of the impossible. Nothing is too big for You. God, I thank You that not only have You put a dream in my heart, but You intend for me to achieve it–to possess the promised land You have for me.

Father, I repent for allowing discouragement, doubt and fear to creep into my heart. I bind those spirits now in the Name of Jesus. Please forgive me, and give me the strength to build my faith to receive from You. A lot of circumstances have told me I’ll never see what I’m dreaming of, but today, I choose to believe You.

Lord, I ask right now that You would help me to love those around me, forgive every person, obey Your commands and keep from complaining. Help me to develop a Joshua spirit–one who always speaks a good report and stays in faith no matter what.

As I picture my dream right now, I lift up my hands in praise to You and thank You that it is done! I praise You for it! Thank You, God, for ________. Glory to God, it’s mine! I take it! I receive it! I give You all the glory!

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

You may want to add the scriptures you’re standing on to this prayer for possessing your promised land. Once you pray this prayer in faith, determine to take steps toward achieving your dream. Listen for the Lord in your quiet time. Do EVERYTHING you hear Him tell you to do–no matter how small. Work on correcting the areas in your life that need tightening (loving others, not judging, being grateful, stopping yourself from complaining). Those tiny tweaks can shave off years from your journey! Your promised land is yours for the taking!

Everything You Need to Know to Possess Your Promised Land in 2020

It happens all the time.

A neighborhood, a school or a city is riddled with violence, poverty and despair…until one person steps forward. One believer who is willing to stand in the gap. One Christian who has the audacity to use his or her faith to change what others say is a permanent situation.

A street in Los Angeles known for constant gang activity and drug sales was transformed by an elderly woman with a little bottle of anointing oil and a faith so big, no demon in hell could touch it. Just this woman and Jesus changed one street forever.

A town in Colorado known for extensive witchcraft activity saw demonic activity driven out by a small group of Christians who weren’t satisfied to sit and watch the enemy have his way in their community. They gathered to pray and engage in spiritual warfare until it was driven completely out!

A KCM Partner, who is also a Tulsa police officer, prayed over his district and declared the Word of God over the area every single day while he was patrolling. In his entire tenure as a police officer, there was no violent crime in his district, which is unheard of!

What is your assigned area of dominion? The street you live on, your neighborhood, the schools or the city?

Whatever the situation, you can be among these powerful Christians who take the Word of God and use it like a weapon to change your city. Begin today with this prayer to change your city you can pray in faith:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for my city and that I am blessed with the privilege of living here. I thank You that by placing me here, You have assigned me to spiritually steward the place where I live. So today, I rise up and take my place at the right hand of the Father in all spiritual authority.

Lord, according to Zechariah 10:1, I pray that You would send forth rain to my city. Let an outpouring of the Holy Spirit fall on this place and overcome any evil forces operating against it.

In the Name of Jesus, I curse every wicked spirit operating against this city right now and command every demon to flee this place in Jesus’ Name. The righteous are claiming this place. No weapon formed against it will prosper. Every tongue that rises against this city will be shown to be in the wrong.

I declare this is a godly city and righteousness prevails. I command the spirits of poverty, violence, anger, hate, witchcraft, atheism, lying, sexual immorality and all other wrong spirits to leave in Jesus’ Name. I bind every foul spirit that is affecting this city and command them to stop in their maneuvers, and cease and desist in their actions. Now, go!

I plead the blood of Jesus around this city and declare angels are encamped around us here. Psalm 91 is over my city.

I pray for every leader in this city according to 1 Timothy 2:1-2–the mayor, the city council and all others in authority. I pray that they would rule justly and with godly wisdom. I pray for strength and blessing for them.

In the Name of Jesus, I bind Satan from operating over the political scene of this city. I command Satan to take his hands off my city’s government, economy and social scene right now in Jesus’ mighty Name.

I ask You, Lord of the harvest, to send forth laborers to every neighborhood. Let Your light shine throughout every neighborhood, school, storefront and church. Let the gospel permeate every part of this city and break through every area of darkness.

Thank You, Lord, for revival in this land. I ask all these things in faith, knowing that Your Word says one man can chase a thousand. The mighty Name of Jesus, spoken by one with faith, is enough to transform a city.

I expect it, I receive it and I thank You for it.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

As you continue to pray for your city, keep expecting to see a change! When you drive by places known for immorality or violence, curse that spirit in Jesus’ Name! Speak blessing and declarations as you drive to work or to the store. Take back your city in Jesus’ Name. You have been given all power and authority to do so!

Throughout the Bible, powerful things happened behind the walls of prisons. Expect the same today–now! You have exactly what your friend or family member in prison needs–intercession.

Matthew 25:36 says we are to care for and visit those in prison. You can visit your incarcerated friend or family member today with this prayer:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You love me, and You love my friend or family member who is serving time in prison. Lord, I thank You for the power of forgiveness–that it wipes away sin, sets people free and makes all things new. I ask right now that You would soften the heart of my loved one, and cause them to repent and receive Your forgiveness in Jesus’ Name. Let the power of the Holy Ghost wash over them right now in this moment, causing all fear or bitterness to leave.

God, I thank You that You are the great Comforter. I ask that You send supernatural comfort and strength to my loved one now.

Lord, I know there is violence within the walls of many prisons, but I pray supernatural protection all around my loved one. I send angels to protect them right now.

Father, I pray for a revival in the correctional facility where my loved one is and ask that the love of Jesus would permeate the atmosphere, break bondages and set people free. Send laborers to bring Your Spirit and Your truth, and let the Word of God become real to them like never before.

In the Name of Jesus, I cast the care of my loved one on You and rest in the assurance that You are working in response to my prayers, even now.

I thank You that Your Word does not return void, and therefore, my words spoken in line with Your Word will never fail to accomplish what they set out to do. I call my loved one forgiven, redeemed, healed, delivered and set free!

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

When you pray this prayer over your friend or family member who is incarcerated, expect to see results! There is nothing more powerful and impactful in the lives of prisoners than intercessory prayer based on the Word of God. Your prayers have power!

Grace on Death Row

You don’t have to live a life of uncertainty, fear or worry. You can take your stand on the promises in the Word of God, cast all your cares on Him, and never worry again.

How do you take the first step?

Take Communion over it.

But don’t do it quickly or lightly. Before you go before the Lord with Communion elements, spend some serious time reading these scriptures and meditating on them. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you identify every care or worry you’ve been carrying. As He brings them to your mind, write them down, and prepare yourself to hand them over to the Lord. Include everything–from big issues like the national economy, your health and what’s happening in your family, to problems as minor as what to do about your unruly hair. Next to every item you write down, make note of the scriptural promises that cover it.

When you sense you’re ready, take that list to the Lord. Get on your knees before Him with the Communion elements, and make a quality commitment by praying this prayer to stop worry for good:

Heavenly Father, I take You at Your Word and at Your command. I thank You that the body of Jesus was broken for me; that He took the curse for me and shed His blood to pay the price for me; and because of what He’s done, I never have to worry again. I thank You that You’ve given me Your Word that says if I cast my cares over on You and resist the devil’s pressure to pick them back up again, You will exalt me over every care and every adverse situation. In this blood and by the power of this Word, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, with the help of the Greater One who lives within me and the abundant supply of Your grace, I will never worry, be concerned or anxious about anything again.

Father, I boldly declare this by faith. From this moment on, I trust You, Sir, to interrupt, stop or correct me in any way necessary, to get my attention if I ever begin to worry about anything. As You do, I commit to You that I will deal with it immediately. I will not let the sun go down with worry on my mind. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Once you’ve prayed this prayer to stop worry for good, start walking out your commitment by obeying the command in Philippians 4:6 (AMPC):

Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.

This is the process of living a carefree life. This is how you wipe out worry completely.

Is it really possible?

It wouldn’t be if you were trying to do it in the flesh, in your own natural strength, but you aren’t. You’re doing it in the spirit. You’re doing it by the power of God’s Word, with the help of the Holy Ghost.

When you pray this prayer to stop worry for good, you will move over into a supernatural peace as you give God the honor and reverence of your unconditional trust. Then, get ready. You will have just opened the door to supernatural blessings in your life!

Defeat Worry Forever With This Simple Strategy

Healing is yours. Not “maybe” or “hopefully” yours. Not “someday” or “any day”. It’s yours right now. Jesus provided your healing on the cross, so it would be available to you 365 days a year, 24/7, morning, noon, night–anytime you need it.

What’s your part?

Believe it. Receive it. Oh, and stop tolerating anything less than divine health in your life. While you’re believing and receiving from the Lord, you also need to be driving the devil out of your life with a vengeance. Don’t be nice about it! Your rebuking should make the neighborhood dogs run home!

Remember: You’re not trying to talk God into healing you; you’re just believing what the Word of God says. If you’re ready to receive, the healing power of God is present to heal.

Gloria Copeland has been teaching healing for more than 40 years. She has prayed for countless believers to receive their healing. Today, she’s praying for you. As you read her prayer, receive it–and also use it as a model for your own prayers.

Before we begin, declare this over your healing today:

I confess Jesus Christ is Lord over my life–spirit, soul and body. I receive the power of God to make me sound, whole, delivered, saved and healed now. I act on the Word of God, and I receive the power of God. Sickness, disease and pain–I resist you in the Name of Jesus. You are not the will of God for me.

I enforce the Word of God on you right now. I’ll not tolerate you in my life. Leave my presence in Jesus’ Name! I’ll never allow you back. My days of sickness and disease are over. I am the saved; I am the healed. The power of sickness has been forever broken over my life. Jesus bore my sicknesses, weaknesses and pain. I am free!

Gloria is meeting your faith now with her faith, as she prays for your healing.

Thank You, Jesus. Lord, we have faith today. Our faith is in You, Jesus. I thank You, Lord, for the healing anointing that’s about to hit this atmosphere. Jesus, You are the Healer (Isaiah 53:5). You bore our sicknesses and diseases, and by Your stripes we were healed. I thank You for Your mercy and Your outpouring of healing today.

Now, in the Name of Jesus, I break the power of sickness, disease, malfunction and abnormality over you (Luke 10:19). Spirit, soul and body, I command you to be made whole from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. Be healed! Be healed! Be healed! In Jesus’ Name.

Jesus the Healer is healing you now! I command parts to come back. I command your eyes and ears, bones, backs to be healed–your blood to be healed. I rebuke cancer in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Leave this person in the Name of Jesus! I rebuke epilepsy and heart conditions, in Jesus’ Name. I speak to paralyzed limbs–you be normal in Jesus’ Name. You move in Jesus’ Name.

Spirit of anxiety and depression–I take authority over every work of the devil, and I command you, Satan, in the Name of Jesus, to depart from His people in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We receive our freedom. We receive everything Jesus did on the cross.

Jesus, Your healing Anointing is coming into every person. We praise You for it now.

Glory to God. Did you receive it? Now, declare out loud–“I am healed!” Then act on it. Act on the Word. Do what you couldn’t do before. If you couldn’t run–run. If you couldn’t bend over–bend over. And bless the Lord for His goodness.

You know your words matter. You believe you will have what you say (Mark 11:23). Yet, you feel like you can’t quite get your mouth to cooperate with your mind and spirit.

What should you do?

You need to enlist supernatural assistance! God has commanded that we watch our words (Matthew 12:36), and whenever He gives us an instruction, we can be sure He is also offering divine help.

If you find yourself slipping up and speaking wrong words when you’re trying to stand in faith for finances, healing, family or anything else, here is a prayer to speak the right words that you can pray in faith:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You have given me power in Your Name to overcome any hardship, and to increase in every area of my life through the simple act of speaking right words–words that line up with Your Word.

Lord, I believe that my words are containers that carry my faith and accomplish in the natural realm everything You have promised. I ask You to help me be mindful of each and every word I speak. Father, help me to eliminate all idle words in my life and only speak those things that I desire to come to pass.

Father, when the temptation comes to speak against Your Word, I pray that You will help me put a guard over my mouth and stop before any wrong word is spoken. I ask You to give me wisdom and insight into which words You would have me speak, and then fill me with the boldness to speak those words continually and without doubt.

I thank You, in Jesus’ Name, that Your Word does not return void; and therefore, my words spoken in line with Your Word will never fail to accomplish what they set out to do. Thank You for empowering me with right words, and I thank You for the end result–victory in my life!

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

When you pray this prayer to speak the right words, you will open the door for God’s wisdom to flood your heart and help you reframe your world. No matter what has been lacking–right words will fill the void. Whatever has been broken, right words will fix it. Whatever desire has gone unfulfilled, faith-fueled words will unleash it. Seek God, and you will find Him–speak His words, and you will have what you say.

The Quickest Way to Become a Faith Giant Who Wins Every Time

There is a battle for our children. The enemy is after them, and some have fallen prey to his schemes. It can start small and subtle, or it can come on fiercely and quickly. The spirit of rebellion is one way the enemy seeps in almost undetected, causing hurt, confusion and often serious damage. While some instances of rebellion are more serious than others, the truth remains the same–your children need your prayers.

Whether your children are young and still at home or adults you haven’t seen in years, one thing is true–they need you. No matter how difficult the situation may seem, never give up on your children. Now is the time to take up your armor and fight the good fight of faith. Begin today with this prayer for rebellious children.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I praise You and thank You that You are a good God. Thank You that You love me, and that You love my son/daughter. Father, I thank You for giving me the honor and privilege of being _____’s parent. You knew him/her before he/she was born. You knit my child together in the womb, and You had great plans for his/her life before it had even begun.

Lord, You know the trials that I have faced in watching my child go against Your Word, making poor and damaging choices. I ask today that You heal my heart and renew my strength to stand for my child in Jesus’ Name.

Your Word says You will pour out Your Spirit upon my offspring and Your blessing upon my descendants. So, I declare by faith that my child hears the voice of Your Spirit and the voice of strangers my child will not follow.

Father, right now, I repent of any rebellion in my own life, and I ask You to forgive me and show me any areas where rebellion exists, so that I can root it out of my life forever with Your supernatural help.

I know that the spirit of rebellion is a demonic spirit and has no right and no place in my child. So, by the authority You have given me, through Christ Jesus, I command every wrong spirit, including the spirit of rebellion, to leave my child right now in the Name of Jesus’. No weapon formed against ______ will prosper, I send angels to take charge over my child, I plead the blood of Jesus over _____, and I declare Psalm 91 protection over him/her. I break every stronghold right now in Jesus’ Name.

You cannot have my child, satan! I resist you! Now go!

Lord, I know it is Your will for _______ to come into the family of God, to love You, serve You, and find peace, joy and happiness all the days of his/her life. I thank You for lifting the veil from my child’s eyes, for convicting __________, that his/her faith will not fail him/her, and bringing him/her to a broad place.

I thank You and praise You that he/she will come home from the distant land of the enemy and return to You.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Pray this prayer for rebellious children, and keep on believing for your child, dear parent. Keep praying and keep standing. Expect to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. He is your strength, your strong tower, your hope. Though your child may seem far away, he or she needs you more than you may ever know.

No matter what your position or profession, God has designed a system to prosper you. In fact, you are not limited to your paycheck, your education, your abilities or anything else in the natural. When you make God your one and only Source, put your hands to something, and allow Him room to bless it, the possibilities for your increase are endless.

The most powerful stories of Christians who walk in financial victory are also those who have put God first place, sought to obey every part of His Word, and believed by faith that He would bless the work of their hands. You can do the same! Begin to bring your faith into alignment with God’s system of wealth creation by praying this prayer for work that prospers.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I praise You and thank You that You are a good God. Thank You that You love me, and You want to help me grow more and more like Jesus every day. I thank You that You are my Healer, my Deliverer, my Strong Tower and my Provider. Lord, You have said in Your Word that You have given me the power to get wealth. I acknowledge today that You are my sole Source of supply. I declare right now that I do not rely on my job, my paycheck, my family, credit cards or the government to provide my needs. I honor You as my sole Provider today, and I praise You and thank You for it.

Lord, in Psalm 1,You have described a blessed man or woman as one who does not follow the advice or leading of ungodly people, one who does not hang around and rub elbows with sinners, and one who does not sit in the seat of the scornful (one who is proud, unteachable, critical of others). You said a blessed man or woman delights in Your law and meditates on Your Word all the time. I ask You to help me become that man or woman and overcome any hindrances in my life.

Your Word says I will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water–a continual source of the Holy Spirit and everything You provide–a continual source of financial blessing. I declare that I will bring forth fruit in season, and my leaf will not wither–I will not lack anything I need. I pray, according to Psalm 1, that everything I set my hands to will prosper. Help me to honor Your system of work and be diligent to do all things as unto You, with excellence and a good and pure heart.

Lord, I believe You want me prosperous, so I’m praying for that prosperity. I ask that You bless the work of my hands, that You will bring me favor in every way that I engage with the business community. As You place favor upon the work of my hands, I expect the result of my work to be multiplied supernaturally.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

As you stir your faith, pray the Word, and believe you receive what you pray, you will begin to see a change in your atmosphere. We can see supernatural results from the work of our hands. When we learn to work in God’s system from a biblical standpoint, wealth and prosperity will always be the result.

Watch Gloria Copeland and Pastor George Pearsons teach you how to be completely set free from a poverty mentality.

Do you know the full power of partnership? Partnership is more than giving and sowing. It’s more than prayer. It’s a covenant–a joining together in faith. It’s being part of something bigger than yourself. More than that–it’s POWER!

Partners of KCM are covered in prayer on a daily basis. When a natural disaster occurs anywhere in the world, our staff seeks to find out if we have Partners in the area. They are covered in prayer by the ministry and by our Partners around the world–all of us praying, agreeing and joining our faith together.

That’s the exchange and flow of prayer and anointing. That’s how God designed it. That’s what partnership is all about!

Not a day goes by that Kenneth and Gloria Copeland don’t pray for their Partners. Here is A Prayer for KCM Partners From Kenneth Copeland–read and receive today!

Father, I praise You and bless You and thank You for my Partners. LORD, every prayer that’s ever been prayed by my Partners for Gloria and me and all of us at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, I thank You for it. I release my faith for them and with them in every area of their lives.

Father, I pray Your power–Your Anointing–that is in and on Gloria and me, and the corporate anointing that is in and on KCM, be in the household and the ministry and business affairs of every Partner we have. Let this anointing be on them as they minister and on them as they pray. Let it be on them in the lives of their children to remove burdens and destroy yokes, in the Name of Jesus.

Father, there are so many of them, I could not individually name each Partner’s name before the throne of grace. I would if I could. So, I’m asking You, by the Holy Spirit, to enter each Partner’s name into these scriptures that I have committed to pray over them every day of my life.

I’m asking You to enter their names into Psalm 23. LORD, You are their Shepherd. They shall not want. You make them lie down by the prospering green fields and lead them beside the still waters.

I believe You for Your peace to rule in their lives. Even though they may walk through the valley of the shadow of death, they will fear no evil because You are with them. You have prepared a table before them in the presence of their enemies. You walk with them everywhere they go.

Father, I pray Psalm 91, and I say of You, LORD, that You are their refuge and their fortress. You’re their God and in You they do trust.

Father, I pray Psalm 103 and all of its benefits for my Partners. I thank You that their iniquities are forgiven–they are completely wiped out. Thank You that sickness and disease are taken from their midst, and their youth is renewed like the eagle’s. And I thank You that YOUR angels take up their righteous cause. Hallelujah!

Father, I pray Isaiah 54:8-17 for all of my Partners. Great shall be the peace of their children; in righteousness they shall be established. They shall be far from oppression, for they shall not fear. They shall be far from terror, for it shall not come near them. Thank You, LORD, that no weapon formed against them can prosper.

Father, I pray Ephesians 1:16-23 for them. I thank You that the eyes of their understanding are opened, flooding their spirits with light of the power of You, the living God. Reveal to them what is the power toward us who believe, which You wrought when You raised Jesus from the dead; and, setting all things under His feet, gave Him to be the head over us who are His Body. We are the Body of the Anointed One. We are the Body of His Anointing. Hallelujah!

Father, I pray Ephesians 3:14-20, thanking You for a revelation that they are strengthened with might by Your Spirit in their spirits, that they comprehend with all the saints what is the length, the breadth, the height, and the depth and they know the love of the Anointed One. I thank You that they overflow with the anointing to love, and they know and are filled with the fullness of You who are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

And, I pray Colossians 1:9-13, thanking You for delivering them from the authority of darkness and translating them into the kingdom of Your dear Son, strengthening them with might by Your Spirit in their spirits so that they walk worthy of You.

Finally, LORD, according 1 Thessalonians 5:23, I thank You that You set apart my Partners wholly unto Yourself–spirit, soul and body. They are preserved blameless unto the coming of our LORD Jesus, the Anointed One.

Now, Satan, I bind you and cast you out of all the affairs of my Partners.

I plead the blood of Jesus over every person, family, household, business, ministry and church that’s in partnership with Kenneth Copeland Ministries. God, I praise You and thank You for it. I thank You for my Partners, LORD. Hallelujah! Bless The LORD, O my soul, and forget not all of His benefits. Praise You, Jesus.

Now LORD, they have invested their goods, time, effort and prayer into this ministry.

Father, I’m asking You for supernatural harvest to come into their hands–the supernatural harvest of the former and the latter rain coming all at one time, such a harvest that the reapers catch up with the sowers.

I thank You for such a harvest that the moment it’s sown, harvest time will be there, and they will reap it and bring it in. Exceedingly abundantly beyond all that they even dare ask or think will flow into their lives–great, overflowing abundance of goods, resources, deliverance, healing, miracles, whatever it takes. Sweep their families into the Kingdom. Give them the greatest ideas that have ever been born into the earth. Create whole industries from the ideas that You give my Partners.

I thank You for it, LORD. I give You the praise and the glory and the honor for it in the Name of Jesus. I declare with my faith, this year will be the grandest year in human history. Great shall be the peace of the Body of Christ and great shall be the peace of Jerusalem. Not a man-made peace that men are running around all over the world with, but the peace of God that passes all understanding. Peace that rules in the hearts of men–not just in their capital cities, politicians and politics. We’ll not have politics as usual this year. I release my faith for this.

Now, LORD, I make demand on the promises. You said that You would not have us be ignorant of these end times–that You would not have us be ignorant of Your WORD and Your affairs, You would not have us ignorant of the anointings, You would not have us ignorant of the seasons and the times we live in. I ask You for great revelation. I rebuke spiritual ignorance among us. I rebuke spiritual ignorance from among my Partners. Oh God, I receive the light from heaven–revelation of You, hallelujah.

For every apostle, every prophet, every evangelist, every pastor and every teacher, every Sunday school teacher, every minister of helps who is a Partner with this ministry, I receive revelation. Fill their pulpits with fire from heaven. And I give You the praise and the honor and the glory for it. Glory to You forevermore. I praise You for it, in Jesus’ Name.

Amen.

That’s what partnership is. Working together–voicing the truth, living the victory and ministering the life-changing power of the gospel. Partners, we love you. Know you are covered in prayer every day.

Are you struggling with sin consciousness? God’s righteousness is yours! When you pray this prayer to receive revelation of righteousness in faith, you have a right to expect your heavenly Father to answer. If you’re struggling to fully embrace the idea that you are righteous, you need revelation from God. Pray this prayer to receive revelation of righteousness, and allow Him to shine a light on the inside of you and make God’s righteousness–or right-standing with God–come alive in you.

Here is a prayer to receive revelation of righteousness you can pray in faith:

Father, I see in Your Word that I have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You have provided certain rights for me. I receive them now in Jesus’ Name, and I thank You for them. As a new creation in Christ Jesus, I accept the gift of righteousness and all that gift includes: health, prosperity, peace, joy and abundant life. I put aside every weight and the sin that so easily trips me up. I now look to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of my faith.

Your Word also says that You are faithful and just to forgive me of my sins when I confess them, so I take this opportunity to confess any sin and get it out of my life, in order to maintain my complete fellowship with You. I receive Your forgiveness now in the Name of Jesus. I may not feel righteous–I may not feel forgiven–but Your Word says it, so it must be true. Satan, I now put on the breastplate of righteousness and come against you with the sword of the Spirit.

According to Your Word, God, I can now reign in this life as a king. The power of sin and death in my life has been overcome. No longer am I ruled by the forces of evil but by You, the God above all gods. I am more than a conqueror through You who love me.

I determine today to walk conscious of my right-standing with You, Lord, and with every step to draw closer and closer to You. Thank You for the gift of righteousness. Because of that gift, I can do all things through Christ, the Anointed One and His Anointing, which strengthens me.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen!

Now that you’ve prayed this prayer to receive revelation of righteousness, don’t ignore your right-standing with God. Go deeper in your revelation of righteousness by studying and meditating on the truth about righteousness. Determine to walk conscious of your right-standing with God from this day forward!

The Truth About Righteousness

The Benefits of Being Righteous

If you’re reading this, you know one thing is true: Debt is a burden. It may bring us the things we need or want more quickly, but the chains can be heavy and the road to freedom often long.

That’s why God’s will for you is to have everything you need–DEBT FREE. How do we know? He tells us His will is for us to be “the head, and not the tail” (Deuteronomy 28:13), “to owe no man any thing but to love” (Romans 13:8), and that we “lend to many…but…not borrow” (Deuteronomy 28:12). He wants us to have the upper hand in life, and not for others to decide the terms of our prosperity.

Even if you are already in debt, there is a way out–God’s Word. Kenneth Copeland says, “Once you make a decision to become debt free, God sees you debt free.” That’s powerful!

How do you get there?

Begin by coming into agreement according to the Word of God. Matthew 18:19 says, “If any two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven” (AMPC).

Agreement is a covenant term. A covenant agreement based on the Word and led by the Holy Spirit, places Jesus right in the midst to bring that agreement to pass. Coming into agreement is one of the most powerful tools God has given us as believers. Believers agreeing together in the Holy Spirit are a powerful, unstoppable force.

A biblical agreement is based on the Word of God. Some people think that as long as you just have more than one person in a room praying, you have agreement. But that’s not true agreement. If you want to get into true Biblical agreement with someone or even a group of people, all parties must be standing on the Word of the living God.

You can be done with debt for good and live a stress-free, debt-free life. Start today by using these steps to write and execute a prayer of agreement for debt freedom:

Step 1. Write Your Prayer of Agreement

  • List all debts that you presently owe and all bills that need to be paid. Be specific about what you are believing for. Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God” (AMPC).
  • Locate at least three scriptures to stand on concerning your debt freedom and include them in your agreement. These could include:
    • Proverbs 22:7: “The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender” (NIV).
    • Romans 13:8: “Owe no man any thing, but to love one another” (KJV).The Amplified Bible, Classic Edition, says, “Keep out of debt and owe no man anything, except to love one another.”
    • Deuteronomy 28:12: “The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow” (NKJV).
  • Claim your spiritual authority. Write down a declaration that you are binding satan concerning your finances and releasing angels to go out and minister on your behalf.
  • Release your faith. Within your agreement, write: “We release our faith, believing for our total debt freedom now! We speak to the mountain of debt and command it to be removed. We call those things which be not as though they were (Romans 4:17, KJV). Whatever things we desire, we believe that we receive them (Mark 11:22-25, NKJV). Jesus, the High Priest of our confession, will bring it to pass” (Hebrews 3:1, NKJV).
  • Note that you will continually praise God for your debt freedom. Praise keeps the door of abundance wide open.
  • Sign and date the agreement.  All those who are standing in agreement should sign and date the document.

Step 2. Formally Present Your Agreement to Your Heavenly Father

  • This acknowledges that He is the Source of all supply.
  • Lay hands on the list and pray according to Romans 13:8.
  • Take Communion over the agreement.

Step 3. Roll the Care Over Onto the Lord

  • Be sure to turn it completely over to Him. Don’t carry the care or burden any longer. If you lose sleep over your debt or try to figure it out yourself, you’re not casting your care on Him.

Step 4. Keep It Before You and Refer to It Often

  • You can agree over your debt freedom and give God praise for it over every meal. This will keep your faith alive and activated.
  • Continually offer thanksgiving and praise to God for the answer. There’s power in praise!

Once you’ve completed these steps, it is important to stay on the same page with those with whom you’ve come into agreement: to stay in agreement. Stand strong and firm, continue to praise God for your debt freedom–you will see results.

When you use these steps to write and execute a prayer of agreement for debt freedom, you are on your way to seeing a manifestation! Don’t give up. Don’t give in. See yourself debt free, as God sees you. Then, before you know it, you will be living in prosperity–debt free!

5 Steps to a Debt-Free Life
What the Bible Says About Praying With Others

If there’s one thing that interrupts your day and brings it below what you would call a “good day,” it’s the absence of peace. Bad news, an attack of illness, unexpected interruptions to your schedule, and so on. If we aren’t in the right frame of mind from the start, Satan has a much easier time robbing us of our precious peace.

What if you knew that no bump in the road, no life interruption could ever steal your peace again? What if you could live in total peace no matter what came your way? If that sounds appealing to you, there is a way.

Your peace has already been purchased. Paid for. Provided. It’s done–it is finished. That means it isn’t something that will come and go with your daily circumstances–it resides inside you–permanently. Jesus bore the chastisement of your peace, so you can go free in your mind–free from mental torment, depression, anxiety, fear and worry. If you’ve had a nervous breakdown, if satanic pressure is on your mind, or even suicidal thoughts–you can go free–right now.

When you pray in faith, the power of God will come upon you and deliver you. The peace of God will come into your mind, and Satan will have to leave. Why? Because the debt to buy your peace has been paid.

When you pray in faith to live in total peace, the Spirit of God will come upon you, and make you new. He will re-create. Redo. Heal. Fix. Cause strength to come into you. Whatever it is that you need, today is your day to receive it.

You can have peace no matter what your circumstances are. Here is a prayer to live in total peace that you can pray in faith right now:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that the chastisement of my peace was upon Jesus on the cross, and that part of Redemption includes redemption from fear, anxiety and worry. I receive that now, in the Name of Jesus.

Lord, You have commanded us not to worry, to take no thought about our circumstances. I am asking for supernatural strength in this area–that You will grant me ability beyond what I naturally have, so I can walk and live in total peace every day, no matter what my circumstances are.

When the temptation comes to worry or be fearful, help me to resist the enemy so he will flee from me. You have not given me a spirit of fear but of power! I take hold of that power today in Jesus’ Name! I declare I am free from fear, free from worry, free from depression and anxiety. I refuse these things in my life from this day forward, and I stand against them.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

When you pray in faith to live in total peace and lay hold of the peace Jesus died to deliver into your life, you will never be the same. You can experience the kind of peace that has nothing to do with the absence of trouble–it’s a life with nothing missing, nothing broken. It’s a life lived well!

4 Ways to Take Back Your Peace

A Confession for Peace

Keep the weeds of unbelief out of your heart. Say this prayer today!

A garden with beautiful flowers is wonderful, but if you aren’t diligent, it can be overcome with weeds. Just like in a garden, you have to be diligent to keep the weeds of doubt and unbelief out of your heart.

How do you do that? Maybe you feel like the man with the demon-possessed child who cried out to Jesus, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24, NKJV). Unbelief is the result of a lack of knowledge, fear and not fully receiving the love of our heavenly Father. But God says, “All things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23, NKJV). Do you need all things today? Most of us do.

You can overcome unbelief. When you ask God for supernatural help in obeying His Word, He will always help you. You do your part by filling up with the Word, refusing to fear, and receiving His love; and He will meet you with His supernatural power.

Here is a prayer to overcome unbelief you can pray in faith:

Heavenly Father,

Forgive me in the Name of Jesus, for ever causing any grief to the Holy Ghost through unbelief, anger, strife or in any way walking outside of Your love. I receive Your forgiveness. I ask that You help me overcome unbelief. Help me to believe Your Word above any other source in the world–above what my body tells me, above what the doctors tell me, above what friends or family tell me, above what the internet tells me. Help me to refuse to fear when fear is trying so hard to come upon me. Help me to know and fully accept and receive the love You have for me, because You are LOVE. Help me to honor Your commandment to believe on the Name of Jesus and to love others as He gave commandment.  I receive it; I’m committed. Thank You for Your help, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

When you keep your mind continually renewed in the Word of God, reject the spirit of fear in your life, and learn to know and receive His perfect love for you, you can be free of unbelief! Then, nothing can stand in your way of receiving all God has for you. Healing, prosperity, children, provision, relationships–His blessings are never-ending.

Do you long to be near to God, but feel the demands of life seem to rob you of your time with the Lord? You’re not alone! But, there is an answer–and He will always make a way where there seems to be no way–especially when it comes to spending time with Him.

Drawing near to God is the key to unlocking every door that seems shut in your life. The rewards of drawing near far outweigh any sacrifice of time. And, He wants to anoint your natural ability, so you can always be above and not beneath.

You can draw near to Jesus and enjoy the rewards of a life abiding in Him. Here is a prayer to draw near to God you can pray in faith:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You desire to spend time with me, and You have even called me Your friend. God, Your Word says if I draw near to You, You will draw near to me–and I want to be near to You. So, right now, in the Name of Jesus, I ask that You cause me to desire to draw near to You above everything else. Help me to have supernatural time-management abilities, help me to see clearly when I can set aside time to spend with You, and help me never to compromise that time.

Father, You said You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You. I know that to be diligent, I need to pursue You with passion and perseverance. Help me to put Your Word first in every decision I make, to pray continually throughout the day, and to look for opportunities to listen to teachings that will build my knowledge and understanding of who You are and what You want for my life.

I thank You that as I do these things, You will guide me into all truth, show me things to come, and anoint the works of my hands.

I praise You and thank You for these things.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

When you diligently seek the Lord with all your heart, and determine to draw near to Him, you will enjoy all the rewards of a life that abides in Him.  Begin today to think of ways you can draw nearer still to Him. Then, enjoy your rewards!

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You desire for me to be healthy, strong and full of energy. I thank You that Jesus bore the curse for me so that I might live free from the curse of sickness, disease and anything else that would attempt to afflict my body.

Your Word says my body is Your temple, and I am responsible for stewarding this gift. I choose today to make right choices regarding the foods I eat. I will not eat more than my body needs in a day, and I will not fill my mouth with foods that are unhealthy, such as excessive sugar and carbs. I refuse to live the life of gluttony, but instead put on a garment of self-control and healthy living to be at my best for Your service.

Father, right now, in the Name of Jesus, I ask You to give me supernatural ability in this area. Help me to say no where I’ve struggled and help me to be excited about healthy choices. I rebuke all temptation right now in the Name of Jesus and declare that I am losing weight right now.

Thank You, Lord, that I am losing weight even now. Whatever I have not been able to accomplish on my own, I believe I am accomplishing now by the power of Your Spirit.

I praise You and thank You for it, in Jesus’ Name.

Amen.

When you pray in faith to lose weight and join your natural action with your faith–you can be the healthiest you’ve ever been! Believe God to help you overcome in every area of your life, to reveal to you root causes for weight gain that may have been overlooked by physicians, and to help you lose weight and enjoy good health and long life.

How to Lose Weight God’s Way

If you’re facing decisions in your life–big or small–and you need to hear from God, you may be wondering how to be sure it’s really His voice you’re hearing. Here is a prayer to help you hear God’s voice.

Life is full of twists and turns that require big decisions, small decisions, adjusting to major life changes, and tackling day-to-day living. It seems like there are plenty of people out there who are ready to give you advice–in books, on television, at the office. But, is that the counsel we really need?

If we entertain too many different influences, thoughts and opinions, it can lead to confusion. In the midst of it all, you may feel uncertain that you’re hearing the one voice you long to hear most–the voice of God.

God is a speaking God, and He speaks to His children every day. We have the wonderful opportunity to listen to Him and learn to hear His voice. We don’t have to go through life blindly making decisions or relying on our own abilities. We can hear Him clearly and consistently.

You can hear God’s voice every day and walk in the confidence of being led by the Spirit in your life. Here is a prayer to hear God’s voice you can pray in faith:

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You desire to speak to me every day–guiding me in spirit and in truth to obey Your Word and enjoy an abundant life. I thank You that You have called me Your friend and that I may come boldly to the throne of grace to find help whenever I have a need in my life.

Lord, Your Word says that when we draw near to You, You will draw near to us. So, I draw near to You today. I seek Your face, Your truth and Your word for my life. I want to know You more, hear You more and obey You more.

Your Word says Your sheep know Your voice and we will not follow the voice of a stranger. Help me to know Your voice and not be deceived by any other voice. Help me to guard my heart from the influences of this world and the people around me. Help me not to be deceived by the devil and his lies, but to view all thoughts and decisions through the lens of righteousness.

As I seek to hear You today for instruction, correction and guidance, help me to confirm Your voice through Your Word. You said if I ask for wisdom, You will give it to me liberally, so I am asking for wisdom in the Name of Jesus to hear You clearly and consistently today and every day.

Help me to feel confident in knowing that I hear Your voice.

I praise You and thank You for it, in Jesus’ Name.

Amen.

When you seek the Lord with all your heart, and listen for His voice, you will always have the advice you need to face any circumstance. You will enjoy a powerful relationship with Him that will change your life. Begin to listen and be confident in knowing that He wants to speak to you and He wants you to hear His voice. You can hear from God!
