Do You Live Like You Believe Miracles Happen Today?

Most believers say they believe in miracles, but are you living like you believe they’re true? There’s a difference between mere mental assent that God can do miracles and actually expecting to experience one in your own life. The truth is, the supernatural is meant to be normal for every child of God. You were created to live in daily fellowship with Him, where His power works in and through you.
When you believe God’s Word with your whole heart, you’ll see His power flow in ways that defy the natural. Miracles aren’t random acts of divine surprise—they are the everyday evidence of a believer who takes God at His Word.
Believe That God Still Works Miracles
Many people believe in God but wonder if He still does miracles today. They think, That was for Bible times. But the Bible says God never changes. The same Jesus who healed the sick, multiplied loaves and calmed the storm is alive and working right now.
Faith begins when you decide to take God at His Word, not depend on what you see. You may not understand how or when a miracle will happen, but faith says, “If God said it, it’s true.” When you truly believe that, circumstances can no longer control you and fear has no place to operate in your life. That’s why it’s critical to base your expectation on what God says in His Word.
Start with a simple daily reminder: My Father is a miracle-working God, and He loves me. That simple truth will strengthen your faith more than you realize. This is where miracles begin: by believing that His power is real, and that it’s available to you.
Speak Like You Expect the Supernatural
If you believe something is true, it will show up in your words. What you speak reveals what’s in your heart. When you notice that you are thinking and talking more about your problems than God’s promises, recognize that you are working against God’s miracle-working power. But when you speak faith—declaring what the Word says—you invite heaven’s power into your situation. And, as you speak faith, you will continue to develop it within your heart, as Romans 10:17 says: “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God” (NKJV).
Instead of saying, “I’ll never get better” or “I don’t see how this could work,” choose to say, “God is working in me right now. His power is bringing me to victory.” Speaking faith doesn’t ignore reality—it changes the reality into God’s will.
When Kenneth and Gloria Copeland first began walking by faith, they learned that words are carriers of power. God created the world with words, and He’s given you that same creative authority. When your words line up with His, miracles follow.
Act Like the Miracle Is on Its Way
Faith is more than believing—it’s acting like the Word is true. If you’re believing for healing, start thanking God for it before you feel it. If you’re believing for financial breakthrough, sow generously with expectation. If you’re praying for restoration, begin walking in love and forgiveness now.
Miracle-minded believers don’t wait for proof—they live as if the promise has already been fulfilled. Every action of faith is a seed that releases God’s power to move on your behalf.
Live Like You Believe In Miracles
God never intended miracles to be rare or reserved for a few; they are the inheritance of every believer. When you believe His Word, speak it with confidence, and act in faith, you’ll find that the supernatural becomes your new normal.
So, ask yourself today: Am I living like I believe miracles are true? Choose to believe. Speak His Word. Take a step of faith. Then watch what happens—because when you walk in miracles, your life will be filled with the love, power and glory of God.
