Here's some of what you can expect by being part of the Higher Fitness Prayer Team.

Each week, my prayer ministers and I will commit to pray a specific prayer over your week. We will pray this prayer for the entire month, standing in faith with you daily. You will be asked to pray the same prayer for the entire Higher Fitness Prayer Team. By doing this, we believe that our faith is continually at work and we are reaping the benefits of unified prayer and the power of agreement. It will encourage you to know that someone is praying for you as you are praying for others. This will not only strengthen your love and your faith, but it will help develop your faithfulness and deepen your commitment which, as you know, is crucial to reaching your health and fitness goals.

A new prayer will be posted on the Higher Fitness with Marty Copeland Web site each month. Use this prayer faithfully in praying for other team members daily, along with us, and release your faith for God to help them—whatever their need is. "Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7)."
