Faith works by love, and I believe that in order for us to defeat our health and weight loss challenges we must experience more and more of God's love.

God wants us to love Him with all our heart, our soul, our strength, and our mind (LUKE 10:27). He also says we are to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. The key to developing a strong, healthy body begins by obeying God's command to love. Knowing His love for us enables us to better love others and ourselves.

So, let's join together in prayer, both giving and receiving love and using our faith to help each other attain the quality of life God has created us, His children, to live. We truly care about you, and what God is doing in your life. Through your obedience to Him and His Word, and by faithfully committing to attaining Higher Fitness, you can experience and enjoy all that He has in store for you—spirit, soul and body.
