Your testimony regarding cigarette smoking was such a needed encouragement to me last winter when I was battling this terrible addiction. A member of your staff telephoned and helped me understand that I should not receive condemnation, but trust that God is merciful and faithful! Hallelujah! It was a miracle of God that I was completely delivered from cigarette smoking on Jan. 8, 2006, and have not smoked one of those stinking things since! I had tried to quit so many times until I wanted to give up trying. I suffered attacks of bronchitis and lost more than one friend to lung cancer before considering trying to quit.

The long and short of it is that I felt better knowing even good people like Kenneth Copeland could be guilty of owning bad habits somewhere in their past and it is never too late to surrender to God what we can’t accomplish on our own. I just want to laugh and shout and dance every time I am reminded I don’t have to light up anymore.
