Accessibility and Special Arrangements

  • Is signing for the deaf/partially deaf available at the meetings?
  • To find out if language translation is available, please call 1-800-600-7395. If it is available for that event, when you arrive an usher can direct you to special seating.
  • Is there Spanish translation available at the meetings?
  • To find out if language translation is available, please call 1-800-600-7395. If it is available for that event, when you arrive an usher can direct you to special seating.
  • I live outside the US, but plan to attend a US event. Can KCM help me obtain an International Visa?
  • Not at this time. Because of the regulations surrounding nonprofit organizations, KCM is unable to take responsibility for international visitors. Our government would view our honoring such requests as accepting that responsibility and we are not equipped to do so. We know that if coming to America is part of God's plan for you that He will provide a way!

History

  • When were the first Believers’ Conventions and when did each speaker first become involved?
  • The first West Coast Believers’ Convention was held on August 21-26, 1978, at the Anaheim Convention Center hall. We held our first Southwest Believers’ Convention on August 17-21, 1981, at the Fort Worth Convention Center. In 2003, a third Believers’ Convention was added to the itinerary when the Great Lakes Believers’ Convention took place at the Resch Center and Shopko Hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As of 2007, there had been 30 West Coast Believers’ Conventions, 27 Southwest Believers’ Conventions, and five Great Lakes Believers’ Conventions. Kenneth and Gloria Copeland have been involved since the very first convention. Jerry Savelle joined the Copelands in 1980; Jesse Duplantis joined in 1991; Creflo A. Dollar joined in 1996.

Miscellaneous Questions

  • Why do you have six-day meetings?
  • It is Brother Copeland’s desire for the Body of Christ to meet together in accordance with Hebrews 10:25—”not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

He was commissioned by God to conduct meetings where people can “totally immerse in the Word of God.” Our six-day meetings create an anointed environment where people:

    · Feed on the Word of God
    · Grow spiritually
    · Share their faith
    · Participate in the anointings of others
    · Receive healing
    · Worship and praise God

A Believers’ Convention is a life-changing event with an atmosphere that produces results! And it all happens because of the move of the Holy Spirit and the shared corporate anointing of the Body of Christ.
  • What is Partner Day?
