Email Subscriptions

  • How do I change my email preferences?
  • When you receive an email from KCM, you can manage your email preferences through the link provided at the bottom of the email.
  • Why am I not receiving the From Faith to Faith devotional email I signed up for?
  • Please login and select "Email Subscriptions". From this page you can edit your Email Subscription preferences.
  • Why is my From Faith to Faith devotional now going to my bulk mail?
  • Our email subscriptions are being sent from a new email address. Please change your email filter settings to accept our new sending address.
  • I am receiving emails addressed to another user who was previously on my account. How do I stop receiving the emails?
  • If you know the User ID/Password for this account then you can login and change the email address or the email subscriptions. For more information, please contact us at 800-600-7395.
  • How do I stop getting mailings?
  • You can change your email options at any time. Once you make changes, please allow a few days for the changes to be made.

Logging In

  • Why do I need a login?
  • A login is an access code that enables you to enter into a Web site and access certain features. Without it, you cannot access specific areas in order to submit requests or comments, and order subscriptions.
  • Why should I create an eConnection Account?
  • Better Service
    The main reason is so that we can better serve your online needs.

    Enter it Once
    You will only have to enter your personal information (i.e. Street Address, Email Address, etc) once. You will not need to enter it every time you communicate with us.

    Manage My Subscriptions
    You can manage Email and Magazine Subscriptions via eConnection.

    Personal Touch
    If we know what we have ministered to you in the past, then we can personalize our response to you in the future.

    Manage My Account
    We can make it easier for you to update our records so that we can stay in touch with you.

    eConnection Security
    • Secure Web Site - We use 128-bit encryption to protect your information as it travels to and from our web site.

    • Data Encryption - Your password, Charge Card and Bank Account information is encrypted before we store it in our database.

  • Is my login the same as my email address?
  • During registration, each user creates a personal login ID. If you choose, it can be your email address or anything else you want, so long as no one else has already chosen the same login ID.
  • How will the "Remember Me" function work on a computer that is shared with multiple users?
  • Selecting the "Remember Me" function will save your login information on your computer. If there are multiple users on your computer and you do not want them to have access to your KCM login, then it is best not to use this feature.
  • Do I have to log off of eConnection when I am done with my session?
  • No. You will be logged off automatically when you close your browser window.
  • How Can I Recover My Lost Password?
    • Navigate to the Web site.
    • In the login form, click the Forgot Your Password? hyperlink.
      The User Information form appears.
    • Fill in the required fields and click Submit.
      When the information is verified, your new password will appear, log in, and reset password.
    • If the new password does work for you, then please register again.
  • What is my user profile and how do I update it?
  • You use the User Profile form to keep your profile information up to date

    To update your user profile:
    • Navigate to the User Profile form.
    • Click Edit. The User Profile form appears.
    • To change your password, click Change Password, fill in the required fields, and click OK.
    • In the User Profile form, make any other changes.
    • Click Save.

Orders & Contributions

  • What are your shipping rates?
  • We offer Free Shipping with your order. If you would like the order to get to you quicker you can select another shipping option. The rate will vary based on the items orders and the shipping method selected.
  • How can I delete items from my cart?
  • Click the "View cart" link in the top right section. When your Shopping Cart appears, click the icon under "Remove" next to the item you want to remove.
  • Can charge cards be kept on file for multiple uses?
  • Currently we do not keep charge cards on file. Simply re-enter your charge card number each time you order products or make a contribution.
  • Where do I find the confirmation for my contribution?
  • Your confirmation will be sent directly to your email inbox. You can also look under the "My KCM Store" section and view your order history.
  • How do I know that placing orders on your website is secure if you don't have the little security lock at the bottom of the screen?
  • Depending on the browser you use, the security lock may or may not appear at the bottom of your screen. However, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure security for all of your transactions. For more information, view our security measure:

  • Where do I go to order the daily broadcasts?
  • Click the "BVOV Broadcast" link in the left-side navigation. Click the broadcast you would like to order, and then click the "Add To Cart" button.
  • Is Checktel (Electronic Check) still available?
  • Yes, it is available at checkout. Select "Electronic Check" as your payment type. You can use either a checking or savings account to pay.
  • I would like to send an order to a friend. How do I change the name on my order to my friend's name?
  • When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button. On the Checkout page, enter your friend's information in the "Shipping Information" section.

Registration

TO SELF REGISTER:
  1. Navigate to the home page.
  2. In the login form, click the 'New User? Register NOW!' hyperlink and follow the on-screen instructions.
    When the registration is complete the directory page appears.

UPDATING YOUR USER PROFILE

You use the User Profile form to keep your profile information up to date.

To update your user profile:

  1. Navigate to the User Profile form.
  2. Click Edit.
    The User Profile form appears.
  3. Click Edit.
    The User Profile form appears.
  4. To change your password, click Change Password, fill in the required fields, and click OK
  5. In the User Profile form, make any other changes.
  6. Click Save.

  • The protection of your privacy is very important to us here at Kenneth Copeland Ministries. While personal information is essential to KCM in meeting its goal to provide you with our products, services and ministry, this information is treated with respect and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Where do I go to report problems I am having on the website?
  • Please click on "Contact Us" or call us at 1-800-600-7395. If you are logged in to eConnection then "Contact Us" is found under "My Services" in the navigation bar.
  • Why did I lose my praise report after submitting it? The message I received said I waited too long.
  • Our system automatically times out after a certain period of time. If you have a long message or request to send, we suggest typing it in a text document on your PC first. You can then copy and paste the text into the space provided in the Prayer/Praise/Questions section, and submit it.
  • Is the new eConnection compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista?
  • Yes, the new eConnection is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista.
  • Can anyone in my family have his/her own account?
  • Any adult member of your residence can establish his/her own account.
  • I am having trouble creating my eConnection account. How can I contact KCM for assistance?
