What to Expect

Below are some of the questions that we are asked most often. If you have a question that is not addressed, don’t hesitate to call us at 1-817-252-2750. We're here for you!

Q: I am not a United States citizen. Can I still work for Eagle Mountain International Church/Kenneth Copeland Ministries?

A: In order to work at our headquarters, you must have proper authorization to live and work in the United States of America. Authorization must be granted by your country of origin.

Q: What is your hiring process?

A: Once we receive your fully completed application, it will be reviewed by the hiring managers for that position. Based on the job-specific requirements and your qualifications, we decide whether to move forward. If so, a phone interview is conducted. Any relevant technical testing is emailed to you; further progress in the hiring process is dependent upon your completion and success of the testing.
Next, you’ll receive a phone call to schedule face-to-face interviews and/or presentations. After meeting you and the face-to-face interviews, all necessary parties make the final decision of who we would like to fill the position.
Finally, we call you and make an offer.
Each step depends on the success of the previous steps, and at any point in the hiring process you are eligible to be declined; declines are communicated by email or phone.

Q: How long does the hiring process take?

A: Our process can last from a few weeks to a few months. Read the above question for details.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Kenneth Copeland Ministries headquarters is located in the northwest corner of Fort Worth, Texas, in the small town of Newark, Texas, about 20 miles from downtown Fort Worth. Our property is located on Eagle Mountain Lake.

Q: Do you offer any “work from home” positions?

A: Not at this time. All regular full-time and part-time employees are required to work on headquarters property in Newark, Texas. Additionally, unless you live within driving distance and are able to commute daily, you would need to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Please review our Travel and Relocation Policy

Q: Will I have to travel for interviews?

A: At some point in the hiring process, yes. We do have the capability to interview via Skype; however, you should expect to travel during the interview process. We are happy to work with your schedule. Please review our Travel and Relocation Policy

Q: Why was there no salary listed within the job description?

A: We do not disclose that information until later in the hiring process.

Q: Do you have internship opportunities?

A: Occasionally we offer internships in select departments on an “as-needed” basis. When an internship becomes available it will be posted in our open positions section.
